Pros:

Hinckley 3/28/26-3/29/26 casino was busy and had a great atmosphere. The rooms were clean. The pool was overly busy and the hot tub and shower in the pool area were cold. Called maintenance to fix and it never got hot/warm.

Worth the drive. Amazing property.
Pros:

This is a great property. We visit 3-4 times a year. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The casino floor is large and active. We win some, we lose some, but we always have a great time. The staff are always friendly. The only thing I really miss is the Grand Buffet. It used to be the thing that got people in the doors. I know Covid had a big influence on closing it but hope it comes back again one day. Definitely recommend this property.

Pros:

Our room was super clean, very very nice. Unfortunately, the people next to us party till 6:30 in the morning. But we would definitely stay again. Love that the snack bar is open 24 hours. The staff was excellent.

The room was extremly dirty there was hair everywhere, the restraunt forgot our order and had us waiting for 45 minutes before i asked and they double charged me for the room for like 4 days until the 2nd charge eventually went away

Dirty bugs
Pros:

Original room windowsill had many dead Asian stink bugs. The shower curtain liner was dirty.when notified, staff immediately gave us a new room and apologized for our discomfort.

We drove from Mulvane KS to Hinckley MN over 700 Miles and when we got there they had given away our room and had to get a room in another town.

The room was very clean and comfortable. All front desk and rewards desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was a nice cool temp when I arrived. The only thing was service at the main bar (I think the 777 bar) was very slow.
