You get what you pay for and we didn’t pay very much.
Pros:

Location was good - easy to find and convenient parking. Check-in was fast.

Cons:

Room wasn't very clean. Towels had a horrible dusty smell, the room we stayed in was nothing like the pictures on the booking page.

Clean, comfy and close to Seongsan Sunrise Peak
Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable, its a value for money choice. The location is excellent - its less than a 10-minute walk to Seongsan Sunrise Peak. We really enjoyed walking there in the morning to catch the sunrise, then coming back to the hotel to shower and start a new day before check-out at 11:00am.

Each guest also gets two pillows, which is a nice extra.

When we checked out, we noticed there were other parking spaces on the 1st floor. Though, we had parked on the unpaved ground next to the hotel building.
