Pros:

ネットで予約が完結しチェックインもスムーズで支払いも手続き不要なのが便利。

Cons:

アメニティーの種類が少ない（シェーバーが必要な宿泊客もいるのでは）
朝食会場が屋内になく一旦建物の外は出ないとアクセスできない点と朝食のメニューが分からない。
宿泊領収書をフロントに要請しないと自動では入手できない。
