Staff stayed late for us to check in, was very welcoming and kind. A couple things were broken in the room but fixed immediately. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Close to historical park, restaurants & shopping. Would stay again!

Close to Sukhothai historic park and bus terminal. Waking distance to visit the park in the morning and night light show again. Amazing Night Light Show only Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Free bike is very useful to visit nearby local historic site in the afternoon.

I have traveled to Sukhothai more than a dozen times over the decades. This time we chose to stay at Sukhothai Garden because of the great reviews. They are spot on. Sukhothai Garden is a lovely, family owned place near the main museum and a very short walk from the Historical Park entrance. Simple, clean rooms. Abundant and varied breakfast foods. Water and some fruit available throughout the day. Free bicycles to use around Sukhothai. Joy (the receptionist) and small staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to every need that we had. Great value for the price. We were here in the middle of the cool season, so I don’t know how the facilities and AC hold up to hot and rainy season conditions. But this short, two day stay with friends visiting from the United States was magical.

Great place to stay in the old town of Sukhothai
Pros:

This is a lovely place to stay. Centrally located on a quiet street. Staff are friendly. And amenities such as the free bikes to borrow (i didn't) and the nonstop coffee, tea and fruit are a wonderful touch.

In the garden of good
Pros:

On a residential side street from the main road leading to the national park. Close to attractions, restaurants, markets, etc. a pleasant stay. Nice Thai breakfast.
