Its a quick stay for the family but its very comfortable and enjoyable stay nontheless

little disappointing
Pros:

Actually I don't want to write this, but after I had a massage, my body felt sore on my feet, maybe because my fingernails were long, and the massage was too rushed, and I got a therapist who was less than professional in offering things to play, I hope that with my complaint, the hotel leader can provide more polite training and give direction to the therapist - (Istiani) So that other guests don't experience what I experienced yesterday.

Pros:

The hotel is nice, all the services are great,
But I personally think the spa is a little less than satisfactory
because the butterfly offered too quickly ( ? )
but the results were not satisfactory

Great customer service!
Pros:

Very helpful staffs from front desk, housekeeping to sales (Agung).

I booked cny eve dinner + room package. And as someone who also works in hospitality industry, I would say that all the staffs exceed my expectation and always go for extra-mile. Just a suggestion that perhaps the cny dinner could have other options not only buffet style.

Cleanliness Issue
Pros:

I returned to this hotel, but my expectations after checking in were unmet.

I discovered that they weren't changing the bed sheet and weren't properly cleaning the floor.
I called the reception to have someone witness the condition of the room.

Thank you to April (HK SPV), who gently acknowledged my findings and promptly rectified them.

These kinds of experiences shouldn't have happened to all guests; they expected comfortable service and treatment when they paid a certain amount of price.

Hotels also need to acknowledge their repeat guests; without asking for ID during the check-in process, it can create a favorable first impression.
Last but not least, it would be helpful to inquire about the guests' experience upon check-out and bid farewell to those who had an unpleasant stay.

SPX Lounge for Coffee time menu especially Caramel latte coffee.
Pros:

I've been served by Dwi and Julian barista of SPX Lounge on The 101 Hotel Palembang Rajawali. Its nice and cozy. Dwi And Julian served me well and warm. Excellent experience i've ever had on Palembang. I've ordered caramel latte coffee, its nice flavour. Great thanks to Dwi and Julian for Served me Well.

Best meals and comfort outdoor space for breakfast
Pros:

Comfort and clean room, cool and warm with best view of Palembang City. Meals are various with delicious taste but hope one day you'll serve the cheese corner (various certain of cheese slice for appetizer and condiment of salad/bread)

The outdoor space restaurant very clean and no insects such us flies. I hope more plants and more real flower will be decorated by management so the environment so cooler.
