The room are very small

Found blood stained on the bedsheet when I was searching for my things under the comforter. informed receptionist to change bedsheet after that I went to have my dinner. When I came back from my dinner, they did not change. I called the receptionist, they mentioned that it was a fresh blood as I just check in today. Me and my partner don’t have any blood stain on our body. Feel so uncomfortable. Tonight going to sleep on top of the comforter. Feel so disgusted. After that I Saw Google review, there is people commented that the receptionist will deduct from the deposit if they found stains on bed. I’m staying at level 6

deposit quite high , so my expect a bit high . strictly no vaping and smoking unless at the designated smoking area which is good . parking machine sucks . 2 times jammed . in and out . i am so frustrated. swimming pool very dirty . no regular cleaning as you can see its very sandy in the water even though no body at the pool in the early morning . room got beautiful interior design but carpet never shampoo vaccum .

Noticed this hotel was highly used for alternative services a lot. No soap in my bathroom. Lack of daily vacuuming. Some leaks and mold evident. Staff was very friendly though.

The customer service was okay. Friendly and helpful. The building facilities and amenities were basic but good. They have free parking for guests.

In general the room wss clean but don't open the covers to see the beds and pillows. Our pillow had huge brown stains. There might have been mites too because we woke up itchy. There is no fridge available in the room. If you are short, good luck trying to hang your clothes.

You are in no shortage of activities in the area. Major banks available, variety of food cuisines, pharmacies, massage parlours, etc are all a 5-10min walk away. Train station and IOI mall are just across the highway.

No refrigerator in the room.

This hotel for me it’s clean, although I been seen a stain on the bedsheets but based on the linen smell, they change the bedsheets every time guest c/o. Toilet also for me clean although not a perfect. I have been go and try their swimming pool, it’s just nice but you can see mouldy on the swimming pool wall. It’s just okay for me and relaxing because no body was there. Overall for me this hotel was comfortable and I don’t mind to coming back soon for the next football matches.

Reasonable price

One needs to scan ur card then press the desired floor. U need to do 10x b4 it moves up. During chk in staff did not clearly mention many thingd.

Good for business traveller. Slightly unsuitable for couple trip.

Pay $30 for on site parking

It is cozy. Also near to food outlets.

Room was ok, but towels was shredded and found a roach upon arrival

The room is very small. Too tight to be comfortable.

I was just looking for a comfortable place to spend the night, having planned for a family get-together during the day. Didn't really want to spend a tonne without making full use of the amenities. Booking direct via the hotel's website gave me a better rate than using a third party. Just remember to take a screenshot of the booking number because for some strange reason I never got my confirmation via email.

Hotel was pretty easy to find, and the entrance to the parking area can be a little tricky for large cars. Parking is complimentary for hotel guests, by the way. The check in was pretty busy, I think a lot of people were checking in because there was the unplanned water shortage in the Klang Valley that weekend. Kudos for the staff especially Raja who attended to me.

Room was clean and comfortable. Wasn't huge but bed was oh so comfy and toilet was spotless. Loved the corridors.

My room faced the busy highway, and occasionally you can hear the LRT passing by - we're both heavy sleepers so the noise did not bother us.

Breakfast was included in the rate - and we were impressed by the quality. they didn't have much in terms of quantity but that was totally fine with us because the 'nasi goreng cina' was tasty and the ayam goreng berempah was seasoned well. It was well worth the rate we paid for our room.
Only thing I would maybe pick on is the use of disposable cups and plastic stirrers for the hot beverages.

Would totally recommend!

It will be good if the mattress is clean n no shoeprints

Held a training programme here in August. Hotel team from sales and banquet team are superb. Need more training for staff at restaurant especially the waiter and waitresses. Front office staff was ok. Room bit small but very tidy and comfortable. Training rooms comes equipped wth projector. Highly recommended for training for family vacation or business stay opt for the bigger room. Overall highly recommend this hotel depending on your needs.

Hotel is quite new and well kept.. Nice and comfy bed...breakfast available with variety of choice... staff is helpful and friendly... walking distance to a lot of eateries... There is nearby shopping complex IOI mall

Rooms and beds quite good, staff service friendly and helpful.
Management stuck with moneygrabbing owners rules, not impressed and will book our next 90+ people convention elsewhere.

Tips for housekeeping;
plastic disposables are out
If we follow youe eco rule and hang the towel for re-use...dont just replace it with a fresh towel anyway.

If the location suits single or small group travellers, then enjoy.
Large groups or coorperate bookings - beware!
