La ubicación y el entorno

Cons:

Practicaron la sobreventa. Al llegar, y pese a tener la reserva confirmada, habían vendido ya nuestra habitación. Lejos de disculparse la propietaria Laura fue muy maleducada y poco profesional.

Pros:

Fue todo excelente. El mejor hotel de la sierra. El desayuno y que el camarero nos dejase poner música con Alexa para nosotros solos no tuvo precio. Inolvidable. El camarero amabalisimo.

Nos encantó la ubicación del sitio, la limpieza, la decoración, la comodidad.... Todo lo que engloba las instalaciones del hotel.

Cons:

De acuerdo con la mayoría de los comentarios anteriores. Se echa en falta la atención del personal. Si había alguien en la recepción nunca jamás lo vimos.

En cuanto al desayuno es verdad que la variedad es bastante escasa: pan, 4 lonchas de embutido (literalmente), como bollería: donut (y ya), cereales y algo de fruta. Estuve en este hotel hace 5 o 6 años y lo recordaba mucho mejor, todavía daban comidas y cenas en el hotel, ahora ni eso.

En relación calidad-precio está bien, pero habiendo ido en anteriores ocasiones y habiendo tenido otra experiencia, para mí, está yendo a peor. Calidad del entorno y de las instalaciones: sobresaliente. Calidad del servicio: suficiente alto

limpio y correcto.

Cons:

el horario del desayuno muy limitado. Quisimos madrugar para llegar a una cita en el centro de Madrid y no pudimos desayunar en el alojamiento aunque estaba pagado porque a las 07:00am aún estaba cerrado y no lo habrían hasta las 09:00.
