Ac in room not working correctly told staff and they did nothing was booked for 2 nights left after 1!!food was terrible staff none helpful!!
Very calm and comfortable
Location of the hotel far away from attractive places in Bangkok.
Near the airport. Friendly staff. Good place to short stop before fly if you don't want go nightlife etc.
The hotel was deserted and eerie, in the middle of car dealerships. The rooms have poor soundproofing, the conversation and snoring of the person in the next room can be clearly heard through.
Room has a window to the shower and toilet facilities. Drains do not work well and there is room for improvement in cleanliness, the hotel restaurant seemed to be closed. I would have liked more information from the staff about the hotel's services and where to find them.
The lobby staff seemed more like prison guards than customer service staff.

From the outside the place looks very nice but inside does not match. Investment is needed to bring the place up to a good standard. The carpets are dirty and stained. The phone outside the bedroom was ringing at 5.30am every day, the windows do not block out the noise of the main road. Maintenance where sawing in the corridor at 7am one morning. The bath leaked. The beds were rock solid and very uncomfortable

Location is about 30 minutes from the airport.
The images shown are very different from what you see in person. It’s certainly not a 5* hotel. The room was outdated, not very clean and it smelt of damp and cigarettes. I asked for a new room and the staff said there were none available even though it didn’t seem busy at all and it’s a fairly large hotel. They advertised restaurant however when I asked about it they said there’s no restaurant. I booked the hotel as I wanted somewhere where I could eat in. Anyway, I booked a new hotel and left as it was extremely disappointing.
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The was clean as was the whole hotel. There is a mall 20 minutes walk away. A gym 15 mins walk.
If you want to head to soi cowboy or nana plaza. It's 50 minutes away due to traffic. Everything is at least 40 minutes in a taxi away
