Females stay away. Everyone living or dead being should, actually.

Toilets are stinking. Poorly maintained. Unhygienic. Walls are coming apart.
Pillows bed sheets curtains everything is dirty and stained with oily greasy black stuff. Room is full of mosquitoes and fly even though they have repellents (they were empty)
Plywood of the small table, bed and everything is coming off.
I was afraid to even touch anything since it was unhygienic and hazardous.
Telephone doesn’t work so I had to repel down to the reception for everything. Facilities mentioned on the website are absent. The name of the property is not even mentioned outside so it’s hard to locate at night.
If you are expecting a buffet for a breakfast, please limit your imagination. They will give you Maggi, or small paratha or omelette only. Did I mention unhygienic?

I had late check out provided in my booking but yet they asked me to leave even before their usual check out time.
I obliged and happily left that filth.
