Localização. Café da manhã ok. A gerente Nevilla foi a que fez TODA A DIFERENÇA. Sem ela, teria sido um estorvo ficar nesse hotel.

Cons:

Escadas até pra chegar na recepção. Um dos funcionários querendo COBRAR comissão de cartão no check in. Isso NAO CONSTA NO BOOKING, então nao paguei e não pagamos nos dias anteriores, numa reserva feita pela minha amiga. Se querem cobrar isso, coloquem no anúncio da Booking. Banheiro ficava ENCHARCADO após os banhos. O do primeiro quarto nem cortina de plástico tinha. Tivemos que ficar enxugando banheiro nas férias. O quarto que fiquei molhava mesmo com cortina de plástico. Muito mal planejado.
O funcionário da noite super rude, grosso, estúpido com os hóspedes desde quando chegamos. Fomos reclamar do banheiro e mais grosseria. Fora isso o tampo da privada quebrou quando minha amiga sentou para usar. E o homem queria culpá-la. Ela poderia ter se machucado e a atitude dele foi essa. Péssimo.

Chambre confortable

Cons:

Pas de stationnement, un emplacement sur une pseudo place de façon provisoire derrière l’hôtel, puis la réceptionniste nous demande nos clefs mais impossible de savoir où elle comptait mettre notre voiture. On a préféré garer notre voiture au parking du port qui est à côté.
Petit déjeuner qui pourrait être amélioré (jus orange et café par exemple)

Fab view and comfy stay!!!
Pros:

The location is amazing!!! Excellent view. Bed comfortable. Room was spacious and bathroom good. Small fridge in the room. Even though it was in a lively location no noise when you close the doors at night. Bed very comfortable. Good braekfast. Lovely staff. Navina at the reception was very helpful and also stored our luggages. The beach promenade is just a coupleof minutes walk from the hotel. So many restaurants around. The bus stop to Ksamil and Blue eye is just 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a kettle in the room. No lift and the room with view is in the 4th floor.

Localizaçao e cafe da manha (hotel)

Cons:

Banheiro nao tinha box/cortina e a agua do chuveiro caia toda pra fora (molhando todo banheiro), a tampa da privada estava quebrada..Ah o gerente/dono foi muito grosseiro, quando reclamei sobre os problemas citados.
