Luggage Storage is available at a charge of £3 per bag pre check in and after check out. Please note that bags cannot be kept in our hotel overnight and should be collected before midnight.

Early check-in is available from 12pm instead of 3pm and late check out is available at 2pm instead of 11am is at an additional fee of £25. Subject to availability.

For bookings of more than 9 rooms, please contact the hotel directly to discuss availability and arrangements.

Note on housekeeping: Rooms are cleaned on the fourth day of your stay to support sustainability efforts while ensuring guest comfort. If you would like a refresh before the three days, just ask the front desk who will be happy to help!

Construction Notice • Please be aware that construction work is taking place near the hotel. While we strive to minimize any disturbance, some noise may be experienced during daytime hours. Please note, due to renovation breakfast will not be available from the 27th September to the 6th November. The hotel team will be happy to suggest local options for breakfast.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, especially if you’re traveling to and from Stansted Airport. We arrived from Stansted and returned there as well, so the connection to Liverpool Street Station was very convenient for us. The rooms might be a bit small, and our room didn’t have a window, but everything was very clean. The breakfast was good and a nice start to the day.

Rude staff, mould in shower, pay for early check in and bag storage

Ok location - about a 10 min walk from buses and stations, price was cheap ish

Cons:

Have to pay 15 pound for early check in (even half an hour early!) have to pay to leave your luggage there (insane I’ve never had to do that at a hotel pre check in!), staff at the front counter were rude when I was shocked about having to pay extra even though it was within an hour of my check in time and the room was ready. There was mould on the shower head and shower roof I asked to change rooms they just sent someone to clean it - then the cleaner was acting like I was in the wrong because it was at their going home time… it just felt like I wasn’t very welcome and I should’ve booked the other point a hotel!

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel in günstiger Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Liverpool Street zu erreichen, an relativ ruhiger Nebenstraße. Leckeres Frühstück mit frischen Brötchen, Croissants, Obst, Joghurt, Muffins.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde erst nach 3 Tagen gereinigt, ungünstig wenn man nach 4 Tagen abreist. Es gab nur ein großes Handtuch für jeden. Für die Kofferaufbewahrung wurde Geld verlangt.

Pros:

The staff were so attentive. Everyone was so helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and everything worked just as it should.

Cons:

I knew it would be a small room but didn't realise quite how small. It would have been nice to have enough space on both sides of the bed to walk around, rather than just the one side.

Not Worth the Price
Pros:

The hotel was where I needed to be for a business meeting.

Cons:

There was a fault with the lights in the bedroom. So they switched themselves on every 10 minutes. Eventually after googling I found the reception number and they changed my room at 2am.

There were holes in the towels in the bathroom. The vinyl floor had lifted.

The bed was incredibly squeaky and the sheets were the equivalent of sandpaper.

The elevator button panel had fallen out of the wall, the elevators were unfinished and look horrible. It looks like they built it in a rush and didn’t take care with the finishing touches so it looks unfinished.
