Luggage Storage is available at a charge of £3 per bag pre check in and after check out. Please note that bags cannot be kept in our hotel overnight and should be collected before midnight.

Early check-in is available from 12pm instead of 3pm and late check out is available at 3pm instead of 11am and is at an additional fee of £25. Subject to availability.

Camera minuscola con 20 cm di spazio tra letto e muri. Bagno 2 mq. Pulizia camera e cambio asciugamani solo dopo 3 notti. Colazione appena sufficiente.

Pros:

L'établissement est propre, à 15min de la gare de Liverpool street.

Cons:

Comme partout à Londres, et contrairement à la France, aucun personnel n'est bilingue, même à minima. Mieux vaut avoir de bonnes bases en anglais !

BE AWARE OF THE SPACE YOU HAVE IN THE ROOM BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL!
Pros:

Very good location and clean rooms.

Cons:

Extremely small rooms. No wardrobes for clothes. If you want to open your bag on the ground there is no space. It is a concept hotel I think, but you need to be aware of this fact before paying for this hotel. Nothing is like normal hotels.

Also for check-in they expect you to use some screens and do-it-yourself. Then you fill in all the info one by one manually like passport no etc // then the software crashes and all is gone. I don't see the point of forcing your customers to spend 5-10 mins doing it there manually.
