Early check-in is available from 12pm instead of 3pm and late check out is available at 3pm instead of 11am and is at an additional fee of £25. Subject to availability.

Let down by sewage smell and air con never reaching target temp.

Excellent location and area and a very good value for money for a very clean, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Excellent location, good breakfast and very comfortable and clean room. I liked having a room with a window.

Cons:

My window was broken and hadn't been fixed when I arrived and even though a helpful member of staff checked it and said it couldn't be opened fully from the outside, it would have felt better to know I could I could close it at night.

Not a business hotel, decent budget.
Pros:

This is a budget hotel, the rooms are small but quiet. I stayed here last minute as everywhere else was expensive due to Wimbledon and Summer. There is no desk to work on, nor is there a wardrobe, the bathroom is small and functional, no tea or coffee in the room. Breakfast is basic but fine. The staff are lovely, very helpful at the front desk. A big positive is you can open the window in the room for fresh air at night.

Good modern hotel for business stay
Pros:

Very clean and modern, comfortable bed and great location

Cons:

No tea or coffee making facilities in rooms, you had to pay extra. Couldn’t find the lights in the bathroom

Overall it was good and would book again
Pros:

Hotel in a good location, the continental breakfast had a good choice. Coffee was great.

Cons:

The room was quite small. No actual bar, however you can buy bottles etc from reception.

Comodo alloggio per il centro
Pros:

La stanza era piccola ma la utilizzavo solo come appoggio per la sera quindi perfetta! Mancava forse un appoggio per la valigia dato che non c’era l’armadio ma solo delle grucce attaccate alla parete.

Cons:

Non piacere e’ troppo negativo, mi ha fatto molto strano avere un bagno attrezzato per le persone in carrozzina … era scomodo il lavandino perché basso, non so se tutte le camere siano già così o mi sia stata assegnata per caso!
