It was ok but will not stay there again
Cons:

The breakfast was lacking in lots of areas. Half the time coffee was empty, only eggs offered as hot dish and just bread available. We were there when basketball tournament was going on and other guests swooped in when new items were set out. The whole weekend was over booked and under staffed.

We truly enjoyed our stay and will stay again next year.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great. We had a swim meet at Verona High School. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean and very well maintained. Also! Shout Out to CARL! he was awesome at the desk.

Nice place, clean, and very comfortable beds.

The pool was small and disappointed that it didn’t have a hot tub. There were lots of kids that took over the pool area.

A great stay! Quality and great staff
Pros:

We had a great stay on a quick trip to check out Madison as my son will be moving here after graduation. The room was nice and comfortable. Quiet. Clean.
It has a modern sliding door on the bathroom with a translucent glass panel. We tested it to be sure you couldnt see through it. :) The view out our room wasnt amazing, looked out to the rooftop, but gratefully these are short days so it was dark outside mostly. Breakfast was the best! 3 of 4 of us are gluten free and I always feel badly asking breakfast staff for ingredients panels, they already had a "gluten free" listing of breakfast items. We had scrambled eggs with toppings, sausage and yogurt parfaits.
Its a great location, clean, stylish and the front desk people were nice and helpful.

Pleasant Hotel Experience
Pros:

Excellent Rooms, Lounge and service. Complimentary Breakfast and paid Dinner options available.Excellent location, walkable to 3 restaurants (different cuisines) and Costco. Bus Shuttle to Epic available. Would recommend for anyone visiting Epic on a Business Trip.

Not great
Pros:

While my stay was acceptable overall, there are several issues that really need attention. I was frequently used the stairs and parked in the back because it was closest to my room, but the pet waste trash bin out back was overflowing and wasn’t emptied once during my four-night stay (10/27–10/31). The stairway also had dead flies scattered throughout, which I initially assumed might be from cleaning products, but since they were never cleaned up, that clearly wasn’t the case. It was concerning that this was left that way for days. In addition, there was a slight mildew smell on the beds, possibly from the bedding, and I didn’t receive housekeeping service at all during my stay.

Given these issues, I’m honestly surprised this is rated as the number one hotel in Verona on TripAdvisor. I was here for business, but I’m not sure I would choose to stay here again.
