Maravilloso, vistas preciosas y personal súper amable.
Pros:

La amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal. Las vistas desde la habitación. El desayuno. La zona de la piscina y jardines. El masaje relajante. La limpieza de las habitaciones. También conocí al dueño y muy amable también.

EASTER SUN
Pros:

My wife and I went to this hotel for 7 nights from March 31st to April 7th.
We had room 28 which was conveniently right next to the pool. There is only 38 rooms which we liked as there were no queues in the restaurant and no late night noise. A very peaceful and quiet hotel.
There were plenty of sun loungers and four poster beds (at no extra cost) around the pool and the pool is a decent size.
There's plenty of staff always on hand, all were very friendly and helpful. The manager, Marina, was very approachable and very pro active. Other staff we can remember were: Leanette, Carlos, Wesley and Else.
We had no complaints about the food. The menu was limited but was still sufficient for our stay. It was freshly cooked, well presented, tasty and plentiful.
Our room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, the shower was a decent size and everything was kept very clean and tidy as was the pool area. The cleaners scrubbed the sun beds every morning.
The areas outside the hotel (and the road leading up to it) is still under development. Its more of a dirt track than a tarmacked road. There's still construction works going on around the area but we didn't hear any excessive noise or had any disruption. The locals were all friendly, The beach outside the hotel is rocky and not ideal for swimming or sunbathing. A 10 minute walk to the main beach is better.
The hotel is well situated for local beach bars, shops and restaurants. We would recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay there again.

Lokalizacja super, klimatyczny ,cichy hotel z dala od gwarnych i głośnych resortów a jednocześnie dość blisko do centrum miejscowości.
Blisko do bazy wingfoilowej ION i Angulo.
Dobre śniadania.

Schöne Lage, aber deutlich unter Vier-Sterne-Standard und enttäuschend im Umgang mit Beschwerden.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Meer und der Poolbereich sind grundsätzlich schön. Auch das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer entspricht in keiner Weise einem Vier-Sterne-Standard: mangelhafte Instandhaltung, defekte Ausstattung (u. a. Dusche), kaum Privatsphäre durch nicht schließende Vorhänge und erhebliche Lärmbelastung durch Straße und Baustelle. Der Umgang mit den Beschwerden war unzureichend und nicht lösungsorientiert.

Freundliche Angestellte überall. Sauberer Pool. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit wechselndenm Angebot. Gute Küche. Photovoltaik und Warmwasser per Sonne

Magnifique
Pros:

Établissement très propre, personnel sympa, et bon petit déjeuner. L’hôtel est un peu en dehors de la ville de Santa Maria mais ça ne dérange pas du tout. Il se situe dans un quartier en plein développement.

Cons:

Au restaurant, les entrées sont excellentes! Malheureusement les plats principaux n’étaient top ! Poulpe et viande trop durs.
