The staff is all very friendly and attentive.
Close to the beach and the heart of the city.

I loved the pool area, I’m too fair to sunbath but the cabanas were fab.
Food here, lunch and al la carte for breakfast was very good. Highly recommend the beach bar a few 100m for fab food also.
I think we got a dud room and whether I was too tired I never complained about the smell of mould coming from the shower that I showered in my flip flops and at night I was cold with only a sheet. The coffee machine had no pods despite asking reception who asked cleaning and going back to reception to advise we didn’t get them and never did. There should be signs up to advise not to consume water or brush teeth with it. We got a bottle of water on the first day, I feel that should have been replenished daily. We did move rooms the last day paid a late check out fee. The room we were put in was magnificent, no smell of mould, with coffee pods and blankets. If you plan to stay ask the hotel for a room around the pool. I have to say the people here are fab. I should have spoken up but were arrived exhausted and did nothing but sleep and eat. I wasn’t even put off by the little birds stealing breakfast and pooping on chairs. They are tiny and you can’t be cross with them.

Sono rimasta un po delusa dalla colazione… purtroppo sempre la stessa e non con frutta locale di stagione, a disposizione una carta con catchupa, uova, toas e crepes.
Leggermente un po troppo fuori dal centro.
Personnel très sympathique. Endroit calme et reposant à 15min de la rue animée de Santa Maria.

La taille de la chambre au 1er étage avec terrasse, les sunbeds au bord de la piscine
Le restaurant est cher et pas très bon, le petit déjeuner est répétitif tous les jours et pas très bon (beaucoup de pains gras), le SPA est fermé le week end, l’odeur nauséabonde d’égouts dans les toilettes, la proximité des chantiers, le temps de trajet jusqu’au centre (20min)

Apesar de ser em Santa Maria, fica a cerca de 15 minutos a pé dos restaurantes e tem de ser passar por uma zona sem luz. Ao regressar ao hotel à noite, se for um grupo pequeno, é melhor vir de táxi
J'ai tout aimé au delà de mes espérances. Une vue sur mer et piscine incroyable. Le personnel est fabuleux. Cet hotel est magnifique soigné il ne manque rien. Cest calme . Un vrai paradis.

The property is away from the man tourist stretch of big hotels but still sea front so it is very calm has a lovely pool area great breakfast and the option for dinner … are some of the best prawns ever here ..
The downside of being away from the main tourist area you are also away from the sandy beaches but the pool area is just lovely …. The curtains in the rooms could do with some attention ( but I am a curtain maker so have a particular eye)
