Incredible Stay for Business People
Pros:

The hotel is immaculate and the service impeccable. I arrived and immediately felt the warmth of the hotel atmosphere from the decor but ultimately what won me over was the staff. The front desk made sure my stay was pleasant and I had whatever I needed for my business trip. I used the business meeting room by the front desk and it was perfect. It was quiet, well priced and my staff and I were able to conduct presentations and work collaboration in meeting room with the seating and the tv monitor we could present from and view. The front desk staff person Natasha was kind, professional and was really great!

Great location for families visiting the Mall of America!
Pros:

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Very modern rooms with great beds and shower. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Loved that you could walk to the mall in minutes. My family will stay here again when in town!- would definitely recommend as a no brainer hotel to stay at. You cant go wrong with this hotel!

Cons:

Staff at front desk could use some training. We were waiting for 30min at check-in and the staff did not tell us why we were waiting for so long. When we asked, she just goes: “Well, technology”. I feel like she could’ve communicated better

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel. Super gutes Frühstück!
Kaltes Wasser und Eis auf jedem Stock frei zur Verfügung.
Toller kühlender Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir das Waschbecken im Zimmer und nicht im Bad. Die Lichtverhältnisse am Spiegel daher für Frauen nicht gut geeignet.

Great hotel, great service
Pros:

The hotel seems brand new, great location, clean, large rooms, nice amenities, fun bar (open late). And Natasha at the front desk is a fantastic asset for the hotel. She was incredibly helpful to a colleague and me when we really needed assistance. She came through and was awesome. Also super personable, she made our stay perfect!

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Our stay was incredible, the staff were all so kind and helpful, especially Natasha! She helped get us checked in early, provided incredible service including upgrades for us which helped make our son’s birthday weekend even better! She truly made our stay the best, we can’t say enough nice things about her and the rest of the staff!!! We will definitely go back next year!

would stay there in the future but will eat out.
Pros:

really nice room, clean and very comfortable. everything worked perfect. bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

breakfast was bad. food was cold. scrambled eggs had a bad smell. bread was not fresh. the dining area was clean and comfortable. the staff was nice and friendly. we were not told about the $15.00 parking fee until check out time.

No hot water! If anyone stays there, I’d recommend you check that right away before you get too comfortable in your room

I like that it was close to the mall of America

Cons:

Our room didn’t have any hot water in the sink or in the shower. When I told staff at the front desk, they asked if I reported it to anyone. I’m reporting it to you I said. Nothing was done to fix it and no discount on the room. Checkout time was noon, but we left at 10 since we couldn’t shower and just went home.
