No hot water! If anyone stays there, I’d recommend you check that right away before you get too comfortable in your room
Pros:

I like that it was close to the mall of America

Cons:

Our room didn’t have any hot water in the sink or in the shower. When I told staff at the front desk, they asked if I reported it to anyone. I’m reporting it to you I said. Nothing was done to fix it and no discount on the room. Checkout time was noon, but we left at 10 since we couldn’t shower and just went home.

would stay there in the future but will eat out.
Pros:

really nice room, clean and very comfortable. everything worked perfect. bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

breakfast was bad. food was cold. scrambled eggs had a bad smell. bread was not fresh. the dining area was clean and comfortable. the staff was nice and friendly. we were not told about the $15.00 parking fee until check out time.

Great location and staff.
Pros:

The staff at this hotel are fabulous. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and the breakfast bar staff were also great. I enjoyed the gym, good cardio machines and some weights. If you're looking for free weights though, you'll be disappointed. The room was spacious and sound proofed. The lounge and bar/restaurant had a nice vibe. I'd characterize this hotel as best for business/adult trips. I have younger kids and would want a pool or some other amenity to keep them occupied if I was staying more than a night. However, I did enjoy how close the hotel was to the Mall of America and Hazelwood restaurant.

Cons:

I would have loved if the bed was a bit more comfy. And a soaking tub would really elevate the experience. But these are more nits than complaints.

Good but would look for another hotel if I unfortunately had to return to that city.
Pros:

Close to the airport, clean, good gym

Cons:

No microwave, limited breakfast buffet that was not worth the price. Staff were generally courteous but not always welcoming

Quick Trip
Pros:

The lobby and bar area were very inviting and relaxing. The beds were very big and super comfy. We also liked that there was a carafe for water in our room. The shower had a waterfall showerhead and hand-held option.

Overpriced but clean
Pros:

The rooms were clean and so were the facilities.

Cons:

They nickel and dime you. I chose a Marriott property because being a titanium member we generally receive free breakfast and needing to be on the road quickly the ease. Well they said AC hotels do not offer free breakfast and when I went to even look to purchase the buffet it was so picked over and cold at 8:30 AM it didn’t look appetizing. Also they charge quite a bit for parking and there were homeless people sleeping in the elevators making it uncomfortable to get to our car and most of the garage was down for construction so there wasn’t a way to get around them.

I had a wonderful getaway.
Pros:

I cannot believe the price for these accommodations. Probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Very modern, clean, accommodating. Staff were so helpful and kind. Food options were great. Tons of unique amenities!

Cons:

I would have preferred room service. Also, a pool/spa is always great.

Exceeded our expectations
Pros:

Exceeded our expectations. Located minutes from the airport and next to the Mall of America. With a covered parking garage and two restaurants within walking distance, this AC Marriott has everything you could ask for. The rooms are clean and modern with multiple plugs near each bed stand as well as a well appointed bathroom. There is also a restaurant and bar in the hotel itself. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect place to stay 💜
Pros:

I am struggling to find the right words to describe how wonderful this hotel and staff are. I came into town very early, way before any hotel would accommodate anyone and Natasha at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me, making sure I was taken care of, and continued to check on me even though she had many other tasks but made sure I was comfortable until my room was ready. I will be returning not only because everything is so clean and quiet but also because of the impression Natasha as well as all the other staff left. TOP NOTCH!

Best hotel in the area
Pros:

I stay here about once a month now. The location is excellent to get around and with Hazelwood right next door. Well staffed, well kept, and clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking in the garage. MOA across the street. Good nights sleep. Whats not to love?
