It was relaxing and rooms were very clean for a beach area hotel.
Pros:

Good location, excellent staff and clean rooms!

Cons:

Could do with more variety for breakfast and fluffier pillows. The pillows were too flat making it difficult to sleep.

Mandatory valet was a huge inconvenience
Pros:

The hotel room was clean and the hotel was located close to restaurants and the beach.

Cons:

The mandatory valet was inconvenient. My car was never ready in a timely fashion. On my first night I waited almost 40 minutes for my car. The valet drivers were also responsible for shuttling guests into town. This was the most frustrating part of my stay. At checkout, I had to search the parking garage for my car, as no one was available, they were shuttling guests again.

The room is clean and building is very near to the shore which I did like
Pros:

Clean,breakfast and amenities are good

Cons:

The computer system. I was called to the room to keep showing my bank card cause didn’t keep showing in the system. It was weird and I was a little bit nervous to get extra charge.

We vacation here every year but this was our first time staying here but this is where we will stay
Pros:

The room and beds were very comfortable. Very close to the ocean and the shops and restaurants we frequent when we stay. Liked the shuttle services too.

Cons:

The pool was great but had bugs a few different times and wished breakfast ran a little longer for the nights we were out longer and slept in.

Excelente localizacao para quem quer sossego
Pros:

Localizaçao. Apesar de nao ser "pé na areia", fica a 5 minutos da praia e se vc quiser, o pessoal do estacionamento te leva com carrinho de golf. O que gostei muito é que fica na parte sem agitação de Clearwater Beach. Pedaço bem sossegado, mas mesmo assim com boa estrutura de restaurantes, guarda sol, cadeiras, etc.
a 1 quadra de distanfia do hotel tem uma estrutura pública excelente com playground, quadras de tenis, pickleball.
Café da manhã muito bom.
Staff muito atencioso, principalmente do café da manha e do estacionamento.
Hotel disponibiliza diversos itens de praia para uso gratuito dos hospedes (cadeiras, brinquedos de praia, etc).

Cons:

o quarto tinha apenas uma cama de casal king e estávamos en 3. Nao chegou a ser um problema pq nosso filho é pequeno, entao houve espaco de sobra.
staff da recepcao um pouco confuso acabou cobrando 2 vezes a nossa hospedagem. Entao tive que entrar em contato para cancelar uma das cobrancas (o wue já foi resolvidio)

Tolles Frühstück.
Fahrservice im Radius von 1/2 Meile kostenlos.

Waren vor 8 Jahren schon mal da. Wiederzukommen war die richtige Entscheidung.

Cons:

Es wäre schön, wenn es 2-3 Sonnenschirme am Pool gäbe.
