Pros:

Nice staff and a very good location. A lot of restaurants and cafe around.

Cons:

The reception should be at the ground floor instead of the 2nd floor, but it's not a big deal.

Un muy buen hotel localizado en una zona excelente de la Ciudad de Guatemala. Es un hotel con espacios amplios y hermosos, con un personal muy amable. La habitación es amplia, al igual que las camas y el balo, todo muy bien aseado.
