The girl at the front desk was very very kind !!!!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was so helpful and friendly. They also helped carry some of my luggage to the local bus station and helped me with an issue with my bus ticket. Will for sure stay there again the next time I’m in Sa Pa!

Room was comfortable and clean. Super comfy bed, really good wifi, AC machine has cooling & heating settings. Quiet location away from all the construction going on in Sapa but within walking distance to all restaurants. Staff was very kind and helpful, will help you with any questions and can book bus tickets for you!

We stayed four nights at this wonderful hotel. We where very well taken care of by Anna and her husband. The room was excellent facing a street, very quiet after 7 pm. (Room 201). The breakfast was very good, too.
Anna adviced us how and where to walk to different villages. She gave options to do it with or without local guides. We prefered without, and did it without any problems. The hotel is located close to everything in the town within walking distance.
We are happy to highly recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe sapa see und Fuß läufig ins Zentrum

On départ on avait booker pour une seule journée mais la madame à l’acceuile nous a aidé pour notre planification pour les 3 jours suivant(trek + dormir chez l’habitant). Elle fait de très bon prix. On peux laisser nos valises à hôtel si on va faire du trek et en revenant on peux même prendre une douche c’est plus que parfait et s’il y a des chambres de libres on peux payer la chambre pour le reste de la journée si on prend la bus à 20h pour Cat Ba. Les déjeuners était correct mais sans plus.

stayed on a honeymoon, and Anna had took care of us and helped us a lot. it was a short stay but it was very nice and welcoming. enjoyed it a lot.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, very nice breakfast - all in all a great stay.

C'est un bon hôtel, assez calme situé dans une rue perpendiculaire de la route qui borde le lac. A moins de 10 minutes de marche du marché de sapa et à 15 minutes de la vieille église.
Petit déjeuné assez basique, personnel très serviable.

Nice stay in Sapa. A bit out of the restaurant/bar street so it is quiet, (you hear only the rooster when it is not heavily raining, which is nice) but for dinner you need to walk 10-15 minutes. The owner family was very friendly and helpful. Due to heavy rain during our stay, the room got a bit humid. But after using AC it got better.

Staff was outstanding so friendly and helpful. Bed was most comfortable since I left home Don't know how it could be better

The hotel was just great! Staff were really nice and helpful so the service was just excellent. Room was big and really clean, really pleasant. Unfortunately we stayed only one night.

Sehr nette Hotelbetreiberin, die uns viel geholfen hat! Die Trecking Tour die hier gebucht wurde kam mir teuer vor und hielt nicht ganz was,sie versprach! Das Zimmer war sehr schön und wir bekamen ein Upgrade.

The hotel is fine, nothing of note to say about it - other than it is in a slightly quieter street, away from the main tourist drag. Near to the lake. Walkable in 10 mins to everything Sapa has to offer. The staff were very friendly, although the trek they offered (which we didn't go on) seemed over priced at almost 700,000 dong per person. Breakfast was good, not as great as some other places we have stayed at.

Room has an AC unit which is also a heater, very useful at this time of year! Staff are friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade for our room, it is lovely and big, clean, comfortable and quiet. There is plenty of hot water for showers. Flatscreen TV has English movie channels, great for evening entertainment.”

I stayed there 3 nights.
It has both great strong point and bad point.

Good thing: Brand new and modern room, very helpful staff with great attitude (motorcycle, trekking, shopping, taxi information), very cozy soft bed (the best bed I had in Vietnam), a big super market in 1min.

Only Bad thing: noise- it is located between two metal cutting shops working till 22:00. Every early moring(5:30am) there was loud pig scream like someone is killing it and loud rooster sound(5-6am)
