不錯的飯店，希望能再造訪。
Pros:

日籍櫃檯人員非常友善
大廳賣的麵包非常好吃
海景房的景色非常優美
採用清水模真的太美了

Cons:

房間裏有上一個住宿的所有髒毛巾一打開籃子差點嚇到了！但是又沒辦法跟清潔人員用英文溝通！晚餐的食物真的不如預期，如果可以增加費用讓食物更加美味，一定會選擇。不知道為什麼外籍的服務人員服務態度跟專業知識都有帶加強。不過每一餐餐廳提供的甜點都非常美味。

Pros:

Great location in Yakushima
Newer hotel, with cold & hot spring + sauna.
Hiking gear rental FWIW

Note: a furo not onsen (aka not hot spring water)

Cons:

You can see what this hotel is attempting but the meal experience falls short:

- Food was a huge miss. Dinner hor d'voures were excellent but the chicken balls were dry, the simmered sweet fish was too sweet & burdock not treated correctly (made the dish bitter), dessert was pretty flavourless.
- Also serving staff were too eager or completely absent. Had 2 people ask if I wanted dessert within 3min. And then nothing for 20.

Views of the ocean are largely walled off from the restaurant & onsen. Sadly

Minor point: umisora rooms requires going through lobby to use bath.

This island is special and having a great place to stay added to the experience.
Pros:

The dinner every night was exceptional. Each dish was followed by another amazing dish. The textures and flavours were unique allowing each to stand out.

The breakfast buffet was good and had many tasty options. The Onsen and sauna were restful and needed after days of hiking.

The staff was very attentive and remembered who you were and what room.

Cons:

自分が恥ずかしながらオムツをしているのですが
ベッド↔️車椅子はよかったですが
オムツ交換の時寝返りを打つのですが
捕まえるものが何もなくて、少々苦労しました。
お風呂は地下にあるのですが
できる事ならエレベーターがあればなんて考えます。
自分はビオレとお湯タオルでなんとか凌ぎました

ロケーションが良かった
部屋からの眺めが素晴らしかった：水平線と空と海。
太陽光が海で反射して、それが窓越しに部屋に入り、鏡によって２時となってベッドに降り注いだ
