Hervorragendes Frühstück, freundliches Personal und schöne Sauna
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön und die Lage direkt am Hafen war für meine An- und Abreise sehr praktisch. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Ein echtes Highlight war das Frühstück mit Sashimi, reichlich frischem Obst und gutem Kaffee. Auch den Onsen und die Sauna habe ich sehr genossen. Die über das Hotel gebuchte Trekkingwanderung mit einem einheimischen Guide aus Yakushima war richtig schön und ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und dadurch nicht besonders gemütlich. Dazu kam eine sehr laute Klimaanlage. Sowohl am Waschbecken als auch in der Dusche setzte der Wasserfluss zwischendurch immer wieder aus. Da ich kurzfristig gebucht hatte, waren die anderen Zimmerkategorien bereits ausgebucht. Bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt würde ich eine andere Kategorie wählen.

Was allerdings gar nicht ging, war ein nicht bestellter Weckruf um 3:30 Uhr in der ersten Nacht, ausgerechnet vor meiner Wanderung. Danach konnte ich kaum noch schlafen und war entsprechend den ganzen Tag müde. Das hat mich wirklich sehr geärgert. Für mich steht bei einem Hotel an erster Stelle, dass ich dort gut schlafen und mich erholen kann. Gerade in dieser Preiskategorie sollte so ein Fehler nicht passieren.

Abgesehen davon hat mir der Aufenthalt gut gefallen und ich könnte mir vorstellen, wiederzukommen.

Pros:

員工服務態度好，其中一位叫Imagawa嘅員工尤其一流，她不但幫我們訂枱食晚飯，還臨時幫我們安排行山路線（預咗去白谷雲水峽，因之前打風封了），又幫我們租車，（雖然以為我們是自己揸車，但後來都及時可以搵司機載我們四處遊覽），真的很感謝她🙏

Het eten was heel goed. En na enige moeite kreeg ik ook cake voor mijn verjaardag. Aangezien ik halfpension had waren ze eerst niet gelegen íets te veranderen. De manager was grompie maar haar ondergeschikten welwillend. Het personeel in het restaurant was heel erg aardig

De prijs. Bij mijn booking was de prijs per nacht 36.400, het hotel rekende 37.600. Dat klopt wat mij betreft niet

夕食もとても素晴らしかったです。

4泊すべて夕食付きのプランで宿泊しましたが、毎晩お料理の内容が違い、今日はどんな料理が出てくるのだろうと楽しみになるほどでした。4日間それぞれに工夫があり、本当に驚きました。

今回は、出発前に自分が食べられないものや苦手な食材をホテルにお伝えしていなかったため、食事の際に食べられないものが出てくることもありました。

それでも、スタッフの方にお伝えすると、その都度とても親切に対応してくださり、別のお料理に変更していただきました。

急なお願いにもかかわらず、快く対応してくださったことに本当に感謝しています。

毎日の夕食も、今回の屋久島旅行で楽しみにしていた時間のひとつになりました。美味しいお料理と温かいおもてなしを、ありがとうございました。
