Schöne Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Wir konnten die Waschmaschine benutzen, und das Waschmittel war kostenlos. Überbrick aus Zimmer und Restaurant war fantastich! Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab viele verschiedene Gerichte, darunter auch ein japanisches Frühstück. Ich war begeistert, dass es sogar Sashimi zum Frühstück gab.

Cons:

Die Tatami-Zimmer haben keinen Kaffee und keine Snacks. Zum Frühstuck wäre es für ausländische Gäste schön, wenn es auch etwas Kuchen oder Süßes geben würde.

A unique place.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, beautiful location, very comfortable Japanese-style room, if you like futons. Breakfast was excellent, the kaiseki dinner was the best I've had in Japan, a real treat for sashimi lovers. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly. A huge thank you to the lady who helped us find a rental car on July 25th.

Absolutely amazing
Pros:

It's very convenient with the bus stop infront of the hotel. The staff is incredible (most of them).

Pros:

A truly luxurious and relaxing experience. Everything exceeded our expectations. The dinner was exceptional, with delicious and well-prepared vegetarian options available. The onsen was perfect, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the hotel also offered rental equipment for hiking and outdoor activities. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

まあまあです。
Pros:

朝食バイキングが地元の食材がたくさん食べれて良かった。清潔で快適だった。
登山のお弁当の対応がありがたかった。豪華なお弁当だった！

Cons:

エレベーターの中やエアコンが効いてないところが暑かった。
大浴場への階段が登山の後は厳しい！

方便、物超所值
Pros:

距離碼頭只係幾分鐘路程，落船唔需要搭車，拖住個篋行上去就OK。跟住行幾分鐘就有一間超級市場，可以喺嗰度買嘢for第二日行山嘅物資，同埋有兩間大型嘅手信舖，基本上所有手信都可以喺嗰度買，不過酒店都有手信鋪嘅，價錢差唔多。

間房夠大，乾淨，舒服，佢個溫泉雖然冇景，但都舒服，個池夠大。

同埋員工非常之盡責同埋樂意幫助，我有參加一個夜晚睇海龜產卵嘅活動，但因為我無車去唔到參觀地點，佢哋都即刻幫我安排咗交通，同埋經酒店報名屋久島一日巴士遊，直接喺酒店門口上車，完咗直接車你返酒店門口，雖然個團全程講日文，但其實影響不大。酒店有得租行山設施，佢朝頭早六點就可以俾人租，亦可以訂登山便當，非常方便。

早餐非常之豐富同埋好食，有魚生同埋醃漬魚生，可以自製魚生飯，亦都有好多屋久島嘅土產食物，佢哋間Cafe啲麵包係非常好食，早餐都可以食到。一泊二食嘅晚餐都好好食，絕對會食得飽，同埋都可以食到當地嘅土產。
