The rooms were very spacious and nice. I liked that they had bed nets. The elevator was fast. Wifi worked very well and was secure, which was good for working.
I have stayed many times over the past 15 years. I got food poisoning and was extremely sic from eating at the restaurant as did our colleagueeverything but the staff taking care to wash thier hands staying as a guest. Never eat there again. Lost 8 lbs in 24 hours.
Everything was fine except the staff must do better to wash hands. I am a healthcare provider that became very ill due to contaminated food from poor handwashing
The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is good. Good for business with a conveinent location.
From earlier ratings on booking.com I had higher expection to Vic.
The hotel is an okay business hotel with comfortable rooms and a sufficient breakfast but no more than that and I would never stay there for plesure.
The hotel is old and needs upgrade, there is absolutely zero atmosphare .

very good
More shades are needed around the swimming pool
Super friendly manager. Good food. good position. overall it’s clean and comfortable with large rooms and good service.
nothing
The breakfast was generous and catered for all tastes.
The reception staff were very helpful and let us check in when we arrived earlier than expected and gave us information about the town.
The pool was closed because of a private function so we never got to use it the whole time we were there. Kisumu was very hot and we were hoping to swim during our visit, so it was disappointing. They should have provided access to another pool location in this case.
The staff was excellent, very attentive to our needs

The rooms are clean, good lighting, fresh towels, breakfast is ok, you have a mall nearby, quiet environment, staff are polite (but they all spoke Swahili to me).
10mins drive to the nearest hospital and a research unit. Another 10mins in a different direction you'll find a good court and other hotels. Eg: Acacia Hotel. (More rowdy environment)
Breakfast was good. But did not like the food. But that's just me as a Nigerian.
