Terrible hotel and staff
Pros:

Mr Amit from reservation team is the worst person i have ever meet in my life .At first he did not tell me the way to his hotel and started saying that they have not received any reservation by my name. They are those person who are so cruel and rude that they even don't know how to speak to their guest.I would recommend everyone not to visit this hotel as even after paying high price for their rooms you will not get that comfort level that you should have got .

Pros:

DISAPPOINTING. is the word how I would describe this hotel...although, property is good in terms of location, inexperienced staff and indifferent management spoils the overall comfort...restaurant has small menu ...and half of the dishes are not available...there are limited options what u can order here but whatever is served is of descent quality, hotel location is far off from main mall road and each trip costs u 200 bucks....staff is cooperative... the games room is for the name sake...nothing was available.... property does not accept credit cards...
