The hotel did not acknowledge my online booking. They claimed not to have any knowledge of online booking. They also didn't provide any toothpaste or toothbrush in the bathroom, not did they provide any for sale, the shower head was clogged too, no wifi or Netflix either.

The staff are wonderful and the food is amazing, service was out of the word, very attentive.
Wi-Fi, bathroom needs updating, hotel need over all update and pls remove the use flip tips from the room, that very unhealthy.
Please update ur website it’s miss leading in amenities, however the service from staff make all good.
