Waridi Paradise Hotel & Suites

Sono stato molto bene, lo staff è efficente e molto amichevole, l'ambiente è molto pulito e al ristorante si mangia molto bene. Purtroppo la piscina non è stata utilizzabile durante il mio soggiorno.

The team at Waridi were wonderful, super helpful, and very attentive. Betty at the restaurant was especially friendly in the morning and made for a nice start to the day as we grabbed our coffee and tea

I appreciated that they made sure to give us rooms that had bathtubs when I called to make the request and the water pressure and temperature were perfect and made relaxing after a long day at the expo really nice! I would stay here again just for that!

There are only two things that I would change:

1. The mattresses are REALLY firm. I requested they bring a duvet or something to make it softer, they stacked two mattress pads and it was still too firm, I ended up sleeping on top of my pillows

2. There is no heat or AC in the room nor is there a ceiling fan. If I left the window open mosquitoes would come in, if I kept it closed the room would get quite hot and stagnant. This was fixed when I requested a fan be brought to my room and they promptly brought one but I imagine they likely may not have enough fans for all of the rooms and perhaps on really cold days the rooms may be hard to warm up in (unless you take a bath of course).

Overall there's a chance I would book here again but I would be a bit hesitant simply because of the really firm mattresses. This is something to keep in mind if you have hip or back issues and can't sleep on a super firm mattress.

Very spacious accommodation suitable for a family, very clean rooms but the bathrooms are very old and need updating. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Seems the quality has gone down quite a bit; for the price I would have expected nicer accommodations. Staff were not very friendly and unhelpful at times. ]

It was often very loud at night, I was without hot water for a couple days, and bed was very uncomfortable.

Breakfast buffet was okay.

I was put in a suite which was like a one bedroom apartment--it had a kitchen, living room and dining area, plus a bedroom with a bathroom. A great luxury for one person! However, the suite had no air conditioning so it was very uncomfortable at night to sleep. I was then moved to a standard room with AC when it became available. The hotel staff was very nice in accommodating my request. Overall, it was a great value for money. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet street/neighborhood but was also walking distance to a few places to eat.

I was forced to leave the hotel because they did not accept the rate booked under hotel.com

The room also required upgrade. It's on a 3 start level if that

Very convenient, safe location. Spacious rooms and nice balconies. Very friendly, helpful staff across the board. Room service was generally slow but convenient. Bed was hard; however, much better with 2 duvets under the bottom sheet.

Good stay. Nice and convenient hotel.
