Wir waren zufrieden
Pros:

Schönes großes modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Tolles Bad mit einer Mega großen Dusche. Das war richtig schön. Wir haben mega gut geschlafen. Uns würde interessieren, welchen Hersteller der Matratzen sie nutzen?

Cons:

Das es keine Kühlmöglichkeit auf dem Zimmer gab und kein Wasserkocher. Meist ist das heute schon Standart. Ich weiß das es eine Kaffeflate gibt. Aber wer mag schon immer runterlaufen, wenn man es sich bequem gemacht hat in dem tollen Bett und erschöpft von seinem Tagespensum ist.

Pros:

Personal supernett und aufmerksam, Frühstück super Auswahl & gesundes Angebot (leckeres Birchermüsli mit Joghurt & frischen Früchten);
Zimmer sehr sauber und modern, super ruhige Lage

Cons:

Zu moderate Belüftung am WC, Betten minimal zu hart; Ausziehbett für größere Kinder zu kurz; Fernsehen wenig Qualitätssender

Unpleasant staff, who were even overheard arguing with each other on multiple occasions. Also the sauna and pool were unavailable and we were not notified until after payment

Perfect for a weekend trip!
Pros:

The price value was really good. Very modern and clean room, comfortable bed. Location is great, walking distance to some really great restaurants and bars, safe to walk at night. I cannot comment on the pool/sauna area as I did not use it. I would definitely recommend this place!

Comoda y agradable estadia en un Hotel moderno y modesto, sencillo.
Pros:

El hotel esta ubicado en una muy linda y tranquila cuadra de Kreuzberg. No me gusta que esta cerca del tren, por la noche el ambiente no es tan agradable pero no Paso nada.
Esta a unas cuadras del museo judio, lo cual fue muy bueno, y esa zona es muy linda. La cuadra es tranquila, el edificio moderno, y cómodo.

Cons:

Mal olor de la gente de limpieza. Y no hubo muy buena predisposición para cambiar mis ultimas dos noches, ya que decían que debía arreglarlo con Booking, mientras que booking me decía que lo debía arreglar con el hotel.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would definitely return.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was amazing--clearly a lot of thought went into the offerings, which were amazingly varied and fresh. The bread was particularly wonderful! We also loved the free afternoon coffee and tea, which was such a nice touch as a break after a big day of sightseeing. Finally, the staff were particularly helpful and patient regarding questions and requests--when I had to book an additional room, a staff member talked me through the options and how I could get the best price.

Cons:

Our climate control didn't really seem to be working--we couldn't seem to get anywhere with the sparse instructions provided, and in any case nothing seemed to work to get cooler air to start coming through the vents. When one of us went to mention this to staff--admittedly somebody on the desk fairly late at night--we were told perhaps we hadn't given the system enough time to react to our attempts to make changes, instead of being told someone would come and help us, or even simply to have a look at the system the next day. In the end, we opened windows--at least they were openable!--and that did the trick well enough for us, which was fine.
