Moderne, confortable mais perfectible.
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, confortable, moderne et calme. La piscine est très agréable. L’hôtel est situé à environ 10 minutes à pied d’une station de métro. L’un des réceptionnistes était particulièrement charmant et accueillant.

Cons:

Le ménage mériterait d’être plus soigné : la poussière n’avait visiblement pas été faite dans les angles et j’ai récupéré plusieurs « moutons » sur un vêtement tombé au sol. L’accueil est également assez inégal : le réceptionniste présent le matin s’est montré plutôt désagréable lorsque nous avons souhaité prendre le petit déjeuner sans l’avoir réservé la veille, alors que cette nécessité ne nous avait pas été indiquée.

Le petit déjeuner, à 21 € par personne, m’a semblé trop cher pour l’offre proposée. Il y a certes du choix, mais peu de fruits et peu de produits ou pâtisseries locales. Une offre plus fraîche et davantage ancrée dans la région serait appréciable.

Il manque également un petit réfrigérateur ou minibar dans la chambre. Enfin, même si nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème, le quartier autour de l’hôtel ne nous a pas paru particulièrement rassurant.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, really clean with excellent shower facilities. The spa was also great, spent a good amount of time in the pool and sauna!

Bon séjour en général avec un petit bémol
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Yard Berlin ! La localisation, la chambre étaient de très bonne qualité.

Le personnel avait pris le soin d’installer un lit ainsi qu’une baignoire pour notre bébé

Cons:

Les horaires de ménage. En effet, le personnel venait vers 15h environ ce qui était beaucoup trop tard !

En effet, nous étions avec notre fille de 6 mois et nous avions besoin de faire une pause sieste l’après midi. Le ménage n’était pas fait… Je comprends les contraintes mais venir faire le nettoyage entre 15h et 16h ce n’est pas acceptable.

L’accès à la piscine était de 15 euros par personne alors que nous sommes restés toute une semaine entière.
