sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mitten in der Stadt
Pros:

sehr gute Lage im Zentrum der Stadt, gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel,
sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt

Cons:

Dusche und Toilette könnten etwas komfortabler sein

Pros:

Die Lage und Ruhe im Hotel.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war gut, hätte aber etwas vielfältiger im Fisch- und Wurstangebot sein können. Zweimal hat es auch ein Butter gefehlt. Es gab nur Margarine.

Viel Platz und super Lage, der Rest sehr mittelmäßig
Pros:

Super Lage mitten auf dem Rathausplatz und Nähe zu Rollstuhlparkplätzen. Viel Platz im Zimmer und Aufzug, um mit einem Rollsthll durchzukommen. An 2 der 3 Tage super Frühstück.

Cons:

Am Haupteingang gibt es eine elektrische Schiebetür und komischerweise direkt dahinter eine schwere Tür die von Hand geöffnet werden muss.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollte dringend mal renoviert werden. Im Bad ist immer wieder aus einer Wand am Boden Wasser herausgekommen, wohl vom Nachbarzimmer. Den Empfang scheint es aber nicht groß interessiert zu haben.

Es wurde uns vom Empfang mitgeteilt, dass am Karfreitag das Frügstücksbuffet bis 10:30 Uhr ist. Leider wusste das Personal am Buffet davon nichts und hat schon um 9:50 sehr unanfenehm angefangen in Rausschmeissermanier alles abzuräumen. Am Mittwoch und Donnerstag gab es Lachs am Frühstücksbuffet, am Karfreitag leider nicht. Auf Nachfrage wurde mitgeteilt, dass es an Feiertagen keinen Lachs am Buffet gibt. (Super für Christen, die am Karfreitag kein Fleisch essen möchten).

Rabiate putzfrau die nur stark klopft und muss raus laut sagt am gang. Obwohl ich verlängerung gebucht hatte. Als gast zahlt man auch dem lohn für die angestellten durch den unsatz den man macht. Das sieht die rezeptionistin nicht so. Sie sagt der kunde bezahlt nicht ihren lohn sondern nur der chef bzw. Ihr arbeitgeber. Sie nannte das system ein teufelssystem in dem wir angeblich sind und sagte das sei unmenschlich wenn ich sage dass ich als gast der sich schlecht behandelt fühlt auch ihren lohn zahle das eäre wohl unangebracht und menschenunwürdig sagte beratungsresistente frau an rezeption. Hab dann wegen unfreundlichkeit von putzfrau und berstungsresistenter rezeptionistin den aufenthalt storniert und bin in anderes hotel gefangen.

Ich war sicher schon 5 bis 10 mal in diesem hotel. So schlecht wurde ich noch nie behandelt vom personal das mir versucht hat das negativ auszulegen wenn sie sehr unfreundlich und uneinsichtig sind.

Perfectly fine hotel in great location and good value for money
Pros:

Nice hotel in a perfect central Bonn location close to public transport. Perfectly fine breakfast buffet and rooms are comfortable but ours was not very large.

Cons:

Room was fine but layout could be more efficient.
