Sheraton Annaba Hotel

Attentive staff. Perfect room. Amazing food (local food of high quality). Perfect stay. I will come back with family. Highly recommend.

Very professional staff everytime we come here as flight crew once to three times a month, restautant offers diversity of menus big shoutout also to the laundry service very flexible and always delivers on time (special thanks to islam grari, he saved my day)

Hi the security system is really bad too much searching any time you leave to comeback you have to pass by the scanner machine and your bag will be searching by the security, no allowed food or drink be carried from the outside of the hotel,
Prices are very expensive actually extortion,
No privacy i felt,

Beautiful hotel but really didnt like the location. Staff weren't the most willing to help. Wouldn't probably stay again.

The hotel Staff are extremely friendly, having a blast everyone is always smiling and welcoming and very very helpful.
I’ve been having my coffee at the lobby, Mr. Nadir quality of service and friendliness was incredible.

I’ve stayed in different Sheraton’s and Marriotts around the world…. Gotta admit the experience so far beats most of them by miles

Visiting Algeria for two weeks is certainly not enough. The amount of genuine generosity, welcoming and hospitality… is unbelievable.

I’m currently in my room, wide awake, while a deafening party shakes the walls late into the night. I called reception, desperate for help, but they only told me the party should end “after 12:30 a.m.” — it’s already past midnight and the noise is unbearable. There’s no real solution, and even though the bed is comfortable, it means nothing when you can’t sleep.

This hotel clearly prioritizes loud events over the comfort of paying guests. I feel trapped, exhausted, and completely let down. If you actually want to sleep at night, avoid this place at all costs.

I would like the the bar staff for their professional attitude toward all the clients not only me and my friends

Good drop by the Bar of the hotel tonight. Disappointed that the restaurant was not yet open but-pas de probleme . Perfect service, very tasty burger, fine dressing on the Caesar’s salad…. And of course fresh local beer from tap.

I had a wonderful experience at the Sheraton Annaba. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the city and the sea. The hotel's location is perfect—close to key attractions and restaurants. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Annaba—whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be coming back!

Large clean rooms, great breakfast, good location.

I spent a couple of days over there the room was spacious and clean the staff very friendly and helpful the food was fresh and the location is great not far away from the downtown I really recommend the hotel.

The hotel itself is fantastic, rooms are spacious, modern and nicely decorated.
The ordinary cleanings are done to the highest standards but the extraordinary ones shall be improved.
The biggest bummer is that they throw parties pretty much every night and the music is very loud and can be heard from the rooms even at the 12th floor, didn't get a great sleep.
Loved the staff and the customer attention, floor managers pass frequently to provide you refill to any amenities needed.

Staycation here while visiting my husband’s family. Check in: arrived at 2:15pm to check in and was told we had to wait until 3:00pm on the dot. A bit weird but we agreed. At 2:55pm, my husband went to the desk to start the process as we were eager to get settled, was told they weren’t ready yet 😵‍💫. Ended up getting into the room around 3:20pm. Room service: at 3:30 I ordered room service. Some items were not available. So we ordered 2 club sandwiches (which came with fries ) plus an extra order of fries for my son. Sandwiches arrived at 4:45, extremely cold and with no fries! The bread was hard as if the sandwiches had been waiting to be delivered. They arrived with a small bowl of fries for my son at 5:30, which were also freezing cold. Dinner at feast: We opted for half board so we had dinner in the hotel buffet. Quality was extremely bad. It didn’t begin until 7:30pm and we arrived at that time but food was cold even though it just began. Not all food was ready and we had to wait a bit for them to finish setting up. Breakfast: excellent! All items cooked fresh and served warm! Pool: small but nice for small children. Atmosphere is good music is good as well. Cafe on site. We returned to our room after a long morning in the sun to find no AC! We called 3 times within a. 4 hour period before deciding to go to the lobby and speak with someone. Was fixed after dinner. For a Sheraton the quality is just not as it should be, however for Annaba, it is a great start.

Initially there was an issue with our bottle of pastis which was against hotel rules after I pointed out that it is not written anywhere on their website this was resolved amicably. The staff were welcoming and very helpful a big shoutout for Rachida who spoke perfect English and coped with my Scottish accent. She is a star and I hope she is appreciated by her employers. Room was perfect with a large comfortable bed and clean crisp cotton sheets. Great walk in shower “Italian Shower”. Aircon worked perfectly and was easily adjusted to my liking.

Bel hôtel mais check-in extrêmement long !
Déçus par le buffet du petit déjeuner ainsi que du dîner (peu de choix le soir) qui ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel Sheraton. Restaurant italien correct.
Nous étions toujours « poursuivis » après les repas pour le paiement (comme si on allait partir sans payer). Un peu de discrétion serait le bienvenu.
