A safe place to stay close to the concert hall.
Pros:

Basic continental breakfast that I understand I ws charged for in the peice I paid but which would have been included if I had booked direct with the hotel. otherwise all good.

Pros:

I was greeted upon entry and staff went over and above to help me get settled. My suitcase broke and they supplied a screwdriver to help me fix it. Made a rough start turn into a great rest of the day. I was able to leave my suitcase and go explore before check in and once back the room was cozy and just as pictured/expected. The bed was comfortable. Great location. Staff definitely made it the most wonderful experience though.

Used the stairs a couple of times and a smell of pot was present.

Soundproofing around doors needs sorted as very loud when people are wandering around.

TV in the room hasn't been rescanned and most channels are either missing or no signal.
