The check-in person working during the late afternoon of 12/18 was unprofessional and surly. He seemed untrained to use the computer, and was generally unfriendly. I have stayed here previously a couple times, but this will be my last.

The room was very clean and near downtown, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Taysir did an excellent job, a true example of customer focus and service! The hotel is close to shopping which makes staying here for long periods of time much more convenient and the rooms are clean. It could use a little updating in the rooms but they do a great job with what they have.

I have been staying here for 6 days in a row and we haven’t had house keeping AT ALL we haven’t had clean towels or sheets we ran out of towels on the second day and nobody has stopped by to supply any at all I had to buy my own towels to shower because they didn’t supply any.. the trash has been full since the 3rd day nobody has came to dump the trash I even sat the trash outside the door thinking they would dump it it’s been sitting there for a few days I also have no sheets on the bed just the mattress protector the rooms are nice but they are not clean and there is no house keeping here I wouldn’t recommend this location THEY DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS !

Just returned from Oklahoma City were friends and family attended USA Softball Tournament! We enjoyed our stay at the Inn. Clean rooms, great amenities, helpful staff and very good breakfast with lots of food items to choose from. Shopping and restaurants or fast food close by.

As a Titanium Bonvoy member (50+ different Bonvoy properties last year, 100+ overall properties last year), I’ve seen the full spectrum — from sparkling new builds to… let’s just say “vintage charm.” This one leans toward the latter.

The front desk staff was great — friendly and accommodating when I asked for an upgrade (which they kindly gave me). No complaints there.

But the room itself? It felt like it had been through some things. The couch might have seen more drama than a daytime soap. The chair looked like it lost a fight with a housecat. Cabinets, walls, and surfaces all bore the battle scars of years gone by — scratches, stains, rips, you name it. Not over the top horrible, but things you notice.

It wasn’t a bad stay, and I’ve definitely stayed in worse, but this place is ready for a renovation glow-up. With a little investment, it could absolutely hold its own in the Marriott lineup. The exterior of the property and the lobby areas look good. Until then, manage your expectations — and maybe bring a throw blanket for the couch.
