The receptionist was very rude, the sofa bed had urine on it and the bath tub and shower was full of hair

Perfect stay!!
Pros:

We enjoyed a five-star experience in this clean, welcoming, well-maintained hotel. It's not fancy but we weren't in the market for fancy! It's comfortable and affordable and was convenient for us (close to family we were visiting). We will certainly want to return the next time we're in the area. The staff on all shifts was friendly and helpful. The suite was well appointed, the layout was convenient and the bed comfortable. And.....the muffins at breakfast are so YUMMY!

Inept front desk staff
Pros:

The check-in person working during the late afternoon of 12/18 was unprofessional and surly. He seemed untrained to use the computer, and was generally unfriendly. I have stayed here previously a couple times, but this will be my last.

Great customer service
Pros:

Taysir did an excellent job, a true example of customer focus and service! The hotel is close to shopping which makes staying here for long periods of time much more convenient and the rooms are clean. It could use a little updating in the rooms but they do a great job with what they have.

Pros:

I have been staying here for 6 days in a row and we haven’t had house keeping AT ALL we haven’t had clean towels or sheets we ran out of towels on the second day and nobody has stopped by to supply any at all I had to buy my own towels to shower because they didn’t supply any.. the trash has been full since the 3rd day nobody has came to dump the trash I even sat the trash outside the door thinking they would dump it it’s been sitting there for a few days I also have no sheets on the bed just the mattress protector the rooms are nice but they are not clean and there is no house keeping here I wouldn’t recommend this location THEY DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS !
