The staff were attentive, supportive and accomdative. I send an email stating that we will arrive at midnight and requested to stay longer since I was writting exam and my children attending online school. We managed to check out late with no extra charges nor pressure from the hotel.

The rooms were old, the bed and the couch in the living room were a nightmare and so uncomfortable, my room was for handicaps and impractical also, staff were nice but the support was terrible, tried to order room service twice no one answered the phone. Room service on the second day was not done and i had to call them to ask for room service. The shower had no edges and door and the whole bathroom was full of water
Its been brilliant all staff nice, helpful and professional. Room is spacious and comfortable.
Bed sheets, pillow cases could be better, they were ill fitting and clumsy in bed.
The stay was comfortable
We had a problem at check in related to number of beds based on the reservation. I reserved 2 rooms and specified there were 5 people. I book rooms a lot on booking.com with this specification and there is either a rollaway bed provided or specific note that the rollaway bed will incur another charge. I assumed the rollaway bed would be provided as it didn’t note an extra charge and let me book the room for 3 people. Upon check in I was informed there were not enough beds and they were happy to let me book the room for 3 people but they didn’t know where the third person would sleep and sleeping on the floor was an option. They said it was their policy to allow people to book as many people as they want and it was on the guest to figure out how they would sleep. This seems ridiculous. If you can’t provide the rollaway bed, then the room needs to be max 2 people. I book a brand like Marriot because the point is that my experience should be pretty similar worldwide. This is the first time I have encountered such an odd “policy” related to bed spaces.
After a lot of back and forth about this odd policy, a rollaway bed magically made itself available.
