I liked it.

Sound proofing of room not very good, can hear sound of firecrackers and traffics at night during week of Deepavali. Room is clean and spacious, there is also water dispenser on every floor. Lots of dinning and grocery options available nearby.

The parking is a real setback. Very quiet and not well lit. Can be a little unsafe .

Concierge service was good, very friendly and helpful. Suite was big and nice to stay in. Would be better if rooms were more soundproof as it can be pretty noisy from cars and even neighbours.
Gym was pretty disappointing so don’t expect to use the gym. Other than that, was okay~

Convenience and good location. Facing roadside and kind of noisy at night.

Cleanliness can be improved. The walls are mouldy and dirty. There are also ants in the room.

Very spacious and worth every penny. Suitable for family and those who like privacy. Definitely will book this suite again when travel for work here and maybe during staycation ☺️☺️

Nice place. Quiet yet accessible & safe neighbourhood.

Parking is limited though. I had no issue’s because it wasnt high occupancy.

A cozy and spacious room. Feels like in our own home not in a hotel room. Hotel Property looks new and the design and its concept are great and beautiful. Shall book this hotel back again in the future.

Room was cheap but parking card didn’t work - took a while ti sort. Wifi did not work; no water in room & no cooking utensils despite advertising a kitchen. Spots of what seemed tk be dried blood on sheet which I only spotted in the morning as I collapsed into bed without checking.

I got a stay at this nice hotel at a well discounted price.

So the normal rate would be much higher.

However, if you could also get a ton of discounts to book and stay at this hotel, then i strongly suggest u take it.

The staffs were good and well mannered.

The room is huge with a lot of wide spaces.
Not your typical small cramped cheap rooms.

I mean for a room of two persons, u can actually fit another 10 or more.

The only downside, there is no bathtub, at least in my previously booked room. Not sure about other higher level rooms.

In a summary, totally recommended!

There were hairs all over the night stand and some on the bed sheets... not very hygienic even in the midst of the pandemic...

Expected to have two bathrooms since there are two bedrooms, but there is only one bathroom. Aircond system is not working efficiently.

Great location for my purposes. Clean and helpful staff.

The room is very spacious with at-home design, but there were baby cockroaches and the door lock (the chain type) was half-broken, the in-room light is quite dim too. The car park is not user-friendly (have to check in first to get the room key card to open the barrier).

Overall a comfortable stay, except that the carpark gate is out of order. Hotel customers going in and out of the carpark need to wait for the concierge staff to manually lift the gate-bar!

Overall it's a nice spacious and family friendly hotel, there's a sofa bed in the room but it was locked, you may request them to unlock it and fit one or 2 more person in the room. The cafe was closed for CNY holiday, they provided fried bee hoon and nasi lemak for our breakfast.
