Great stay, we will definitely stay again
Pros:

Great location, close to beach, shops and transport. Leven is underrated. Clean and comfortable with good food in the pub.

Cons:

Rooms are only accessible by stairs which is an issue with luggage.

Pros:

Comfortable beds, a clean and spacious bathroom. Amazing location. Good but not great breakfast.

Cons:

As someone with a dust allergy, I noticed it because of the carpeted floor. We slept with the windows open, but it was quite noisy both outside and inside the hotel. I also found it a little strange to see a plastic wall in the bathroom.

It was our 2 stay at the Caledonian it is in a good position for all amenities but it’s starting to look a little tired
Pros:

We liked the location of the property and parking which was great , the staff were pleasant, breakfast was good but maybe ask if residents would like toast with their cooked food too.

Cons:

I don’t like not having a fridge in the room for the milk as I detest the milk that was on the tray, not having a fan even though the windows were good sized we couldn’t have them open as it was very noisy . The pillows have seen better days a should invest in better quality bedding and protectors.

Do it! Clean, comfortable, great location and breakfast was fantastic quality and value.

Breakfast was great value for money, good quality, plenty to choose from.
Location fantastic as a base for exploring Fife coast.

Lovely hotel.
Pros:

Location was good. Place was clean and tidy. Rooms were nice.

Cons:

No fridge in room and could do with more lights in main room.
