Would nit highly recommend unless you’re on a budget
Pros:

As an American, it might be unfair for me to judge but I felt this was a bit dated and more economy facility. It was convenient and had parking.

Cons:

The food at the restaurant wasn’t particularly good - more of a sports bar

Pros:

Great location, great food, clean and spacious bedroom.
All the staff where great and really friendly.
I think it was Elaine who kept us up to date with our arrival being around 7pm.
Bar staff where great and Teresa was a star at breakfast as we where down close to finishing time and she and the chef managed to get a cracking full breakfast out for the 6 of us.

One night stay
Pros:

Comfortable, clean and quiet room. Really friendly staff and the breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant was excellent and good value for money. Convenient car park.

Cons:

Having moved away from Leven in my early teens ( and frequenting ' The Caley' on Saturday nights as a youngster), I was dismayed by the run down High street which is in need of a bit of tlc. The hotel itself and the location ( very near a function I was attending) was excellent however and I would certainly make the hotel a base for visiting the area again.
