Lovely hotel, staff need to up their game and look after guests.
Pros:

Location. Rooms. Breakfast. Infinity pool.

Cons:

Robes in bedrooms were a bit threadbare.
Had to come down to reception to order drinks to the infinity pool. Tried to use the phone but was on hold for 2x 15 mins. No staff to answer phone.
Also was overcharged at checkout. Phoned up as soon as I got home. Recorded msg to say reception was closed. This was for the rest of the day.

Cosy place but wouldn’t go back due to the very high price, staff was friendly and helpful
Pros:

Rooms could do with being updated but are cosy and bedding is very nice and comfortable, pool is the best thing but wish it was open later than 9pm

Cons:

They take a deposit off you when checking in £100 of card but £200 of it’s via Apple Pay? Didn’t make sense, very expensive for what it is you basically pay for the pool that’s it rooms need updating are very old fashioned like the lamps etc. s

Saturday afternoon tea
Pros:

Visited today for an early mother's day afternoon tea as there was a deal for £29 with prosecco. We've been a few times before and have never been disappointed.

We arrived a little early and there was a slight delay in being seated so we ordered a drink at the bar. We only had to wait about 5 or 10 mins before being seated.

The food was brought in a reasonable time and everything was delicious and fresh, and well presented. All of the wait staff were friendly and attentive.

Whilst we were eating, the bartender came to our table and advised us our drinks were on the house due to our delayed wait, which was surprising as we didn’t feel we had to wait long so this was a nice touch.

We do love this place for afternoon tea and would always highly recommend here over other places in manchester.

Great experience for couples and for a birthday
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for my 25th birthday and I must say Henry on Reception and Tom head of security were absolutely impeccable with their customer service and assistance they made us want for nothing. I really appreciated their attitude and ability to help us in any way possible during our stay. The hotel were able to arrange the balloons in my room for my birthday celebrations and also Tom volunteered to pick our bags up from our room to enable us to use the spa after we had checked out out of our room, overall I would say this was a 10 out of 10 experience. The breakfast is lovely and served to you at your table. There have variety of options including salmon and scrambled eggs and steak eggs both which are delicious. I might add!
