A little disappointed and shocked.
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Un-necessary and outdated deposit on check in. In 6 weeks of travelling Europe it was the only hotel to charge it. No mini bar and poor excuses as to the justification. Asked for manager and manager never responded. Dry urine on toilet seat and broken mirror after paying deposit on check in made us feel like we had hired a car and not like a home away from home. Nice hotel but we just felt we were treated like the customer of a dodgy hire car company. Very inconsistent with other Swiss hotels and very disappointing. Out of three hotels we stayed in Switzerland this was the one we looked forward to the most. Unfortunately it was the worst experience we had.

Great stay at a trendy hotel in an up-and-coming area of Zurich.
Pros:

Great, spacious, modern and very quiet room with well insulated windows. Quirky, trendy hotel with a great cocktail bar and one of the best pisco sours have had in a long time. Very friendly and welcoming staff
