Pros:

Everything’s great. We really like to come back multiple times. This was our second visit.

Cons:

The shower leaked, causing water to flow from the showerhead and the top as well. To avoid hearing the drops from the bed, I had to play with the shower to find the perfect angle. And after 20 minutes of setup, I’m unable to use AirPlay to stream HBO to the TV.

Un hôtel qui se met réellement à la place du client et un personnel aimable, à l'écoute et réactif.
Pros:

le déjeuner (matin) est excellent ! et le fait de pouvoir manger jusqu'à 14h est clairement un gros plus très appréciable, surtout le week-end.

Cons:

C’est avec plaisir que nous sommes revenus séjourner dans cet hôtel que nous apprécions beaucoup. Lors de ce troisième passage, la première chambre attribuée présentait toutefois quelques signes d’usure, notamment au niveau de l’aération et de l’état général.

Il nous a été indiqué par la suite que certaines chambres sont en attente de rénovation, ce que nous comprenons parfaitement. Nous tenons surtout à relever la grande qualité de l’accueil : le personnel de la réception s’est montré particulièrement aimable, attentif et professionnel, et a immédiatement trouvé une solution en nous proposant un changement de chambre.

Cette attention et cette réactivité confirment l’excellente impression que nous gardons de l’établissement.

Mein absolutes Lieblingshotel in Zürich
Pros:

Ich bin seit Jahren immer wieder zu Gast in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Ein Aufenthalt in Zürich wäre ohne eine Übernachtung im 25Hours nicht komplett. Ich liebe das Ambiente, das super leckere Frühstück, die günstige Lage zur Innenstadt. Das Personal ist freundlich und jede Frage, jeder Wunsch findet gehör.
