Déjà 2 séjours et 2 très bonnes expériences dans cet hotêl qualitatif et très bien placé :)
Pros:

Excellent emplacement, chambres sobres et de bon goût sans excès et suffisamment spacieuses, bon équipement et état des installations, propreté impeccable. Spa, piscine, hammam, sauna (qui est d'ailleurs au top pour les amateurs -très bien isolé et efficace un bonheur!!). Restaurant qualitatif avec une super vue sur la ville via 2 rooftops, vraiment classe le soir pour un verre avec une vue splendide sur la ville.
Seconde fois dans cet hotêl a plusieurs années d'intervalle et la qualité a été maintenue. Cette seconde fois était avec mes parents et l'hotêl a pensé à nous placé dans des chambres côte à côte, aimable attention qui s'est révélée fort pratique au quotidien ! Un staff super aimable et efficace qui vous sert au mieux.

Cons:

RAS. Peut-être 1 ou 2 douches privatives de plus pour se rincer après hammam et sauna mais il n'y a pas la place je pense. Une fontaine à glace pilée pour l'après sauna serait le must mais je pinaille xD

Absolutely the best hotel in Lisbon!

IF you're still looking at other hotels in Lisbon, STOP - this is the one and only 😍 I can't express how amazing my stay was, and it was only for one night. After a week of business, I was looking for a relaxing hotel. Big hotel room, lunch with a view and very good coctails, relaxing music in the whole hotel, spa, gym, massage by Sandra - Staff was amazing, all of them! I will never stay in any other hotel in Lisbon, this was 1000/10. Thank you 🫶

Fantastic location with lots of great restaurants, shops, attractions and monuments within easy walking distance. The service was amazing with a great welcome and a wonderful room for our celebration. Breakfast was delicious and the welcome drink on arrival was a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go again.

Short break with family in a lovely hotel with a perfect location

Our rooms were lovely and clean with a really comfortable bed.Loved the complimentary mini bar with the room and the lovely mugs for our drinks with a Lisbon famous poet on them.The spa was great nice sauna relaxing spa beds nice steam room and the poor with its massage jets.We loved the roof top restaurant you could have a drink and admire the view.Breakfast was amazing continental cakes pastries fruit yogurt juices cheeses hams and salmon then hot options of scrambled egg bacon etc.Lots of choices of hot drinks and sparkling wine as well.The staff on reception were absolutely lovely helpful really looking after us an absolute credit to the hotel they made our stay really special so polite and friendly special thanks for the great help with our luggage the gentleman was attentive friendly and professional. it was a family stay and everybody made us feel really happy.The decor in the hotel is really stylish. Liked the literary feel with souvenirs available reflecting their famous poet.We didn’t eat any other meals except breakfast but the menu seemed quite extensive.The hotel is also central in Lisbon.

Beautiful 10/10 would stay again
Pros:

It was in a great location, with everything being walkable but also on a side street so it was a little less rowdy. The hotel is very beautiful and clean and the staff was so friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The only small issue was that the shower water would leak onto the carpet when the shower door was opened once finished showering.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The location was great, close to everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free minibar was a nice bonus. Our room was quiet, good soundproofing.
