Experiência maravilhosa: localização incrível, acomodação confortável e com ótimo design, funcionários muito atenciosos, café da manhã delicioso … tudo funciona muito bem, tornando a hospedagem um fator muito positivo da viagem. Já hospedei-me outras vezes, e ainda pretendo retornar a este hotel numa próxima oportunidade na cidade.

would highly recommend, beautiful hotel, great location and the staff were fantastic
Pros:

Service was fantastic, location was really good also, easy walk to centre shopping and cafes and transport. The hotel was beautiful and I would stay there again. I recommend the hotel.

Cons:

I was there in a cooler month so the indoor pool could have been heated so we could enjoy but it was cold. Enjoyed the sauna though!

Amazing stay in a little oasis in the heart of the city. I will go back to this hotel!
Pros:

The hotel was in an amazing location and had beautiful architectural details. They upgraded me to a room with a large balcony and an amazing view of the Castelo de S. Jorge. It was peaceful and lovely.

The staff was amazing. I stayed an extra night because I liked it so much and they went out of their way to accommodate me. The hotel also has a relaxing spa with a heated pool, sauna and steam room. It was a little oasis. I also used the gym. It wasn't bit but it was just what I need to get some cardio and weightlifting in.

L'emplacement, petit déjeuner très goûteux, les équipements piscine spa, le panorama fantastique de lisbonne vu du restaurant, l'amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

Pour un 4 étoiles il y a des manquement notamment au niveau de la chambre, pas de verres à dents, support douche branlant, peu de programmes télé ( divertissements Netfix, Prime etc..) chasse d'eau toilette défectueuse. Pas de miroir grossissant maquillage et peu de lumière. Sèche cheveux non mural de petite qualité avec une prise sous le lavabo !
