Everything was immaculately, clean, beautiful, but not touristy. I feel like it was home but also in a luxury hotel.
The taxi stand is a half a block so sometimes the ride share would go to the other hotel but that’s because of the small street. If you let the staff know, they will make sure to stand outside to get your car for you. They are absolutely fantastic.

Free minibar was a nice feature, balcony was delightfull and 5 th floor view was incredible.
Sink area small and shallow so water tended to go everywhere.
The front desk employees and the restaurant / bar employees on the top floor were truly exceptional. Very professional and helpful.

Extremely warm welcome and lovely staff, brilliant location and beautifully clean hotel. Bar area and terrace was great with views across the city. Room was compact but well equipped.

Le spa est bien agencé, réservé aux adultes, un plus.
La localisation est plutôt bonne, entre Chiado et Rossio mais sur les hauteurs.
Le personnel est attentif et très gentil.
Que Lisbonne soit composé de 7 collines 😅

Perfect location, friendly staff. Lovely views and food at the fifth floor restaurant. Free Pessoa-themed city walk with the professor was great.
The spa robes were small
Personeel gaf ons meteen het gevoel van thuiskomen, werden super vriendelijk ontvangen en de kamer was erg comfortable. Het hotel ligt zeer centraal in harte Lissabon, alles op loop afstand.
We vonden nog een paar haren van de vorige gast in de badkamer.
