Great would stay again
Pros:

The whole hotel smelled great, we loved the drinks and snacks at happy hour, and appreciated the drinks for our kids as well. Breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the fountain drinks as well. We were extremely impressed with the room service, that made us feel like all of our needs were met, and care was actually put into our food, compared to another Embassy suites hotel that we have previously stayed at in Oklahoma city. We did have some issues with our refrigerator not working in our room, and an issue with our shower, and they fixed it right away while we were out for a while. That was exceptional for our two day stay.

Cons:

The parking situation was a little odd, but we didn't end up having to pay for it like we thought we were going to. We did think the check in time being at so late at 4:00 p.m, and check out time being at 11:00 a.m was a little odd, since we were so used to different times at other hotels.

Thankful for Hilton Honors membership
Pros:

We arrived around 4:15pm and were told they had no rooms available and no ETA when they would have one. I booked a non refundable room weeks in advance so this was frustrating. I had a Hilton Honors account so the guy at the front desk was able to upgrade our room at no extra cost and get us checked in after all. I was very thankful considering we had a car full of kids lol. That program is free and saved the day! I’d recommend joining it.

Pros:

Very clean and modern. Very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The room I was in had doors to connect others rooms if you needed to book multiple rooms which were locked from both sides BUT not very well insulated which made it easy to hear other people talking. I could hear conversations in the room to my right and to the left corner due to these connected doors not being insulated.

Clean and comfortable. Downtown location may be a problem for some.
Pros:

The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. The location worked out great for us.
