Really nice hotel. Room was great, but having issues with hot water, not sure we’ll stay there again

Cons:

We had issues with hot water. We were told by staff to run it for awhile. I ran for 20+ minutes before use and it never got hot. Just stayed warm.

Beautiful property with delightful staff (Krynn and Mark are phenomenal) and an amazing breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. Friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever met. Hands down the best.

Cons:

Needs to be an adult only hour at the pool and hot tub. Those were the deciding factors when I chose my stay, but I could not enjoy the amenities due to the dozens of children monopolizing the pool and hot tub. It was so packed on Friday that not one more person would have fit.
