Great place. Manager is very unpleasant.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, location was practical. The entire facility was clean.

Cons:

I called multiple times to ensure that our room was going to be the room that I booked. I called at 11:50am the day before arrival to confirm, and then at 3:30 the day of arrival to confirm. I was told that my room will still be there until 3:30am. When checking in at 1:30am, after traveling all day, I was informed that they had given my room away. When speaking with the manager, who was very unpleasant and has zero customer service skills was basically told it wasn't his problem. It was the biggest joke ever.

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. Loved how hot the shower was.

Cons:

AC didn’t work in our room the first night. So it was 75 degrees in our room. I reported it and it was fixed and worked really well the second night. Sorry but the pillows were terrible.

We had a wonderful stay, would recommend!
Pros:

Location was perfect, hotel was very clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was a great bonus.

Cons:

Parking situation is a bit confusing! But we figured it out.

Pros:

Worse experience EVER!!! NOT because of BOOKING.com!!!! They were great!!! IT WAS THE HOTEL STAFF!!! My daughter and granddaughter arrived late at night after a looong drive. They were told their room was cancelled. That BOOKING.COM had not sent the payment to them!!!
MARK ARGANBRIGHT (he wouldn’t repeat the spelling of his name) was BEYOND RUDE.!!! I have NEVER spoken to a ruder, condescending person!!! He said if my daughter and her child did not IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE HOTEL he would CALL THE POLICE!!!! They would horrified!!! My daughter called her husband, he gave the hotel his credit card to book a room..FAR FAR OVER THE REGULAR RATE!!!
They were scared, traumatized, exhausted. They stayed (after midnight) and left early ( the same day) in the morning.

Cons:

READ ABOVE!!!! I pray NO ONE EVER ENCOUNTERS MARK ARGANBRIGHT!!!
Hilton….fire him NOW!!!
He was so good at intimidating that he must have had LOTS of practice!!!
