Clean, friendly environment, great breakfast, and great rooms.
Pros:

Really well and friendly place to stay, we stayed as a school trip, and the workers were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were our favorite part, they were clean, and beautiful views. Breakfast was so great and fresh.

Cons:

Nothing everything was over our expectations.

Cons:

Staff: Abby was rude. She seemed to be in a hurry or something when I was checking in. I didn't know why there was $100 dollar charge and she was rude when I was asking for clarification. She had a nasty attitude. Also, did not give me complimentary water. I didn't like that we had to pay for parking. It's Amarillo, TX, may I remind you. I am from Austin. You guys act like a big city but you are not. It was pretentious. Also, there was extra charges upon checkout that I don't agree with.

Great hotel.
Pros:

Truthfully, everything. The room was so spacious and clean. The beds were comfy. I liked the happy hour, although the free drinks are not good, but that’s not a big deal, since I drink little.

Cons:

The parking garage was across the street. When I went to get my car out of the garage, there was no one around. I was by myself at that time and a mostly empty garage and a woman by herself is not good.

Pros:

We had an amazing room. It was huge! We booked a room with 2 beds and omg! Best sleep. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We are doing route 66 so the hotel is not on the route, but only cost us $13 in an uber to go to the route 66 bars, which were also awesome! Overall, probably the best hotel we have stayed in since starting route 66.

Great place and awesome experience!
Pros:

We LOVED our suite and the size! The overall experience was great! Front desk, chefs, just all around a luxurious hotel. Super enjoyable! Pool was perfect as well for the hot summer day!

Cons:

The pillows were really worn down and no conditioner in shower were about the only things but simple fixes!
