Es war wieder einmal gut!
Pros:

Die attraktive Lage des Hotels, insbesondere in der Nähe des Ottenhöfener Bahnhofs, war mir bekannt - und ist für mich unverändert ein entscheidendes Argument für dieses Haus. Angenehm war und ist die freundliche und sehr um persönliche Zuwendung bemühte Atmosphäre im "Pflug". Das Frühstück gestaltete sich wie gewohnt, also nicht übertrieben üppig, jedoch gediegen: Hochwertige Produkte aus regionaler Landwirtschaft. Man hat offenbar verstanden, dass nicht überall "alles" geliefert werden muss, dass vielmehr das Echte seine Echtheit bewahren muss und entsprechend seinen Wert besitzt. Gut so!

Cons:

Schon früher kritisiert habe ich die durch hohes Verkehrsaufkommen der anliegenden Durchgangsstraße verursachte Lärmkulisse. Das Hotel "kann" dafür natürlich unmittelbar "nichts" - zu überlegen wäre indes, wenn man den ökologischen Anspruch des Hauses konzeptionell ernst nehmen will, ob nicht auch bei den Gästen dadurch gesteuert werden könnte, dass die ökologisch rücksichtsvolle Anreise per Bahn etwa durch einen kräftigen Preisnachlass honoriert werden könnte. Jeder, der dem Schwarzwald sein eigenes Verbrenner-Auto erspart, tut schließlich etwas für den nachhaltigen Bestand dieser schönen Region.
Zum eigenen Charakter des Hotels gehört die immer wieder beeindruckende extrem sparsame "Maßarbeit" im Badezimmer. Zwischen dem Schwingbereich der Tür und dem Waschbecken ist wahrlich kein Millimeter verschenkt worden (und Finger sollte keiner versehentlich dazwischen kommen!) . In dem Zimmer, das ich - übrigens durch ein freundliches Upgrade - diesmal erhielt, stand nun auch die Toilettenschüssel auf den Millimeter passgenau vor der Duschkabine. Das Entern und vor allem das Verlassen der Letzteren geriet dadurch zu einer kleinen akrobatischen Herausforderung. Diese heute etwas skurril wirkenden Dinge sind freilich ein Ausdruck dessen, dass das Haus in einer Zeit gebaut wurde, in der Sparen und wirtschaftlicher Einsatz aller Ressourcen oberstes Gebot war. Sich darauf gelegentlich zu besinnen, ist gewiss kein Schaden. Es war wieder ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Le restaurant était très bon . Le petit déjeuner était copieux.
Emplacement parfait pour randonner
Parking devant l'hôtel très pratique

Cons:

La salle de bain de la chambre date un peu et mériterait un rafraîchissement même si tout était fonctionnel.
Il manque un chargeur pour véhicules électriques. Il n'y en a pas du tout dans le village.
