地点很好，设施一般，床垫不好，干净简洁
Pros:

地点就在步行街，下楼就是7-11 出口就是炸鸡店，各种吃的和逛的，非常方便

Cons:

酒店前台太小，多站几个人就站不下了！酒店设施不够新，三人间的床就是两个床垫上下拼起来的，床垫质量很差 坐一下就感觉凹陷一块下去了

Perfect Location.
Pros:

Location is perfect, clean comfortable spacious rooms. Free water.

Cons:

We stayed for 7 nights but they do not provide room service cleaning.
Front desk staff are not open for 24hrs so we couldnt ask for late night info/taxi to airport.

Pros:

位置很方便，附近很多餐廳和購物地方，交通很方便，附近的公車站很多。入住前可以先寄放行李，房間空間算大，兩三個行李攤開都沒問題。

Cons:

廁所的設備比較舊，馬桶也很舊，洗手檯面比較低，不過都算整潔乾淨，若要整理房間需要前一日先通知櫃台人員才會來整理。

Family vacation stay in Jeju
Pros:

The location was great, there are many eateries and convenience stores within walking distance. The room was also spacious. The check in and check out process were simple and smooth.

Cons:

When I plugged my power converter into the socket, it didn't work because the connection was very loose. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide a power converter that fits securely into the socket.
