Pros:

The hospitality, food and customer first initiatives. Bespoke breakfast arrangement at Tapri was icing on the top. Mr. Abhishek surely knows how to keep Ran Regency’s patrons happy.

Noisy location
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. Water jug in the room had two inches of water in it and certainly not drinkable

Pay TV subscription had not been renewed, so no TV on the second night and on the first night, nothing other than a few Indian channels. Majority of other guest houses with lower rating have had better selection and English channels.

Did not eat from the menu nothing appealed. Very basic menu and again lower rating guest houses provided better options.

Staff have no knowledge of immediate area as we were directed to a grocery store a couple of blocks away when in fact there was one only 200 metres up the road.
