This was a business trip, my first one to Riyadh. The location is close to shopping, dining, personal convenience places, a fuel station next to it, small markets, gold markets, a business center, and a short distance from the main city. Also Bus station close by, car rentals, Dry Cleaning services, eye glasses shop incase you lost yours like me. Friendly staff.

Nice room, but not great otherwise.
Pros:

Breakfast was average, provided hot drinks not so good. Poor quality gym environment, with lots broken or misused equipment. Wifi dropped in and out, shower flooded throughout my stay, despite nothing put down the drain. Service outside of breakfast was really good, one particular person from the coffee and service section was amazing. TV in the room didn't work, pool was not heated, so was very cold. Steam room/sauna also didn't work.

Aside from the complaints, room was really nice, spacious, lots of storage and nice bathroom. Very clean hotel, just with very basic and poor facilities unfortunately.

Goed hotel met lekker ontbijt
Pros:

Prima hotel. Heel nieuw allemaal. Heerlijk ontbijt. Waterdruk wat laag dus je staat even onder de douche. Ook war rooklucht wat via de ventilatie in de kamer kwam.

It was a good Hotel, good conditions and quite modern. It was a rather pleasant place. Location wise, is quite far from everything so Had to take uber everywhere. Would be better if you had a hired car but apart from.that it was a pleasant stay.

Nice, friendly and accommodating staff and good breakfast. The location was not great. I had to get a taxi whenever I went. Overall a good value and good experience.
