موظف الاستقبال يوم الثلاثاء 2026/6/16 الساعه 9:22 غير متعاون ، اختار لنا اسوا غرفة ضيقة وموجوده بالزاويه لم يقم بترقية الغرفة او يختار غرفة افضل
+ أيضا طلب مني دفع مبلغ 25 ريال لكل ليلة مقابل سرير طفل ولكني رفضت حيث أنه في تفاصيل الحجز موضح ان السرير مجاني.
+ نظافة الغرفة ليست جيدة هناك بقايا اكل خلف الستاير + الطاولة غير نظيفة
+ دورة المياه بارد لا يوجد حار
