Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was good and humble. Swimming pool was good for kids .
We booked for 4 adults but hotel provide bed for two person and for two bed , we had to pay. Also Hotel provide breakfast for two persons only and for other two we had to pay separately. This was strange that hotel for four adult but served only two adults.

was very disappointed with my stay. The staff were not friendly, not welcoming, not helpful, and not professional.
When I booked the room through Booking.com, the room description clearly indicated that it could accommodate up to five guests. However, when we arrived, we found only one bed in the room. When I raised this issue with the hotel, they told me that the room was actually intended for only two people and that the information on Booking.com was misleading. They provided only one extra mattress, and one of my sons had to sleep on the sofa.
The same issue occurred at breakfast. Breakfast was advertised as included in the room rate, but we were later informed that it was only included for two guests. We were asked to pay extra for our two children because, according to the hotel, the room was for two people only.
The hotel and Booking.com should provide clear and accurate information regarding room occupancy and included services. This experience caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration for my family, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.
Rooms were spacious, staff was very helpful and breakfast was excellent.
Mini bar items at the room should be complementary instead of charging separately for each item.

Tesiste odalar temizdi. Oda servis personeli de iyiydi. Fakat kahvaltı çok zayıftı ve kahvaltıda ki personeller son derece suratsız ve bir şey istediğimizde sanki zorla yaptırıyor gibi bir ifade ile servis yaptılar.
