I extended my stay from a week to 2.5 weeks because of the amazing service, staff (especially Kasra) and value for money
Pros:

The location is perfect! The value for money is on par! The rooms are comfortable, clean bathrooms which is always a must for me! And the best part of my extended stay which lasted for 2.5 weeks was how understanding, accommodating, helpful and extremely friendly the staff are! I must make a huge shout out to Kasra who has a smile that lights up the lobby; he was extremely professional, he would go out of his way to fulfill any of my requests and would even be proactive and help in anyway he could! Kasra is a star! This is not just a typical suite, but it sure does possess the qualities of a high star hotel!

Много, много мръсно и мизерно. Няма нищо общо със снимките и оценката на букинг това е пълна лъжа. За мен оценката на този хотел не трябва да е повече от 3.

La moquette dans les chambres est salle
Il y a un problème avec les radiateurs de chauffage (fuite d'eau pour le radiateur de la sdb pour les 3 chambres)
J' ai réservé 2 chambres de 30m² et une chambre de 40m² mais malheureusement la plus grande chambre ne dépasse pas les 25m²
Saleté au dessous des lits

Heel erg fijn verblijf en een goede locatie
Pros:

Erg vriendelijke en behulpzaam personeel. Kasra heeft mij en de familie erg geholpen.
De locatie aan de doorgaan weg is erg fijn, in de kamer geen last gehad van het verkeer

Hi there! if you are looking for a hotel in city center, you can find way better hotels nearby, but dont go to this hotel. the room was awful, cold, matrass and the bed, sheets everything was dirty! no conditions at all!
Не советую оставаться в этом отеле, во первых работники отеля не помогли с чемоданом, пришлось самой поднимать через их длиннющую лестницу вверх. во вторых, комната совсем не соответствует той сумме которую заплатила! ужасная комната, как дырка не знаю, темная, свет тоже такой приглушенный, матрас, постель все было грязно. В комнате не было ничего, ни нормально работающего чайники, ни воды.
не советую!

I enjoyed staying in Derpa hotel and I will be back again for sure.
Pros:

The property was near to the Metro station, Nişantaşı area, the staff were really helpful and welcoming, and the transportation from and to the airport was arranged by the property was excellent. The property was safe and room service was really good.

The room facilities were great, air conditioning, TV, ironing, and tea and water were served daily.

Cons:

The bathroom filter was not clean, yet the room furniture and carpets are a bit old and better to be changed.

I would gladly stay here again if given the chance.
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel during my time in Istanbul. It is surprisingly close to the metro, making it extremely convenient to get around.
Across the road, there are many restaurants and a supermarket, which was very handy.
The staff are all friendly and their smiles were always comforting, and the hotel itself is clean and comfortable.
