Pros:

洞窟ホテルの気分を満喫できる。洞窟ホテルはトイレの匂いが気になると聞いたが、ここは全く気にならなかった。バスタブがあって旅の疲れが取れた。朝食がとてもおいしい。ホテルの看板犬がとてもかわいい！

Cons:

部屋の電気が一部つかないところがあった。コンセントのささりが悪かった。シャワーの温度調節が激ムズ。

Pros:

L'emplacement, le parking et le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Apprendre la présence de travaux apres la réservation (non annulable), les nombreux échafaudages à plusieurs dizaines de mètres de haut qui gâchent complètement la vue. Les horaires du petit déjeuner ne correspondent pas à ceux annoncer sur Booking, début à 8h30 et non 8h. Le joint de la baignoire est complètement noir et fuit.

It was a very enjoyable stay in Göreme, highly recommended it for a Cave Hotel stay.
Pros:

The views were great, there was a lot of scaffolding but we still enjoyed some nice views. Very convenient location, there’s privacy, it’s peaceful and quiet. The staff are lovely.

Cons:

The breakfast was alright, but the only thing I liked was the omelette and the bread, I wish there had been more options. The breakfast room is really nice.

Location and size of room

Cons:

Being below dining room so could hear staff between 1.30am and 6am with shoes, moving chairs.
Also felt like construction site with dirt entrance to office, all the scaffolding from room even though we were assured our room would NOT be affected. Plus toilet seat was loose and moved when using. Not impressed overall especially when compared with other accommodation same price which seemed far superior

絶景だった。眺めのよい朝ご飯が付いているのもいい。
工事中の箇所があり、足場が組まれていたため少し景色が良くなかったが、工事中でなければ絶景だっただろう。すぐ近くに絶景スポットの恋人の丘がある。チャウチャウが可愛い！

Picturesque hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Cave rooms, and great location. Authentic stay with some chimneys on site. Great private parking. Great and varied breakfast with view of the town. Amazing dogs that are super laid back. Nice spots to sit and relax. Huge rooms and massive bed.

Cons:

Fridge did not work, handles on wardrobe were very flimsey. One socket next to bed on nightstand did not work. Wifi did not reach back of the cave room. Some noise from a fan towards kitchen area goes off several times a night.

The views were amazing, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was massive - which is hard to find in accommodation these days. The secluded seated areas around the property were amazing to sit back and relax in or to get great photos of the hot air balloons in the morning.

The staff on duty, Mr Ali helped to change 2 of the dim lights to slightly brighter lights.

Cons:

We were not happy with the dim lighting. When we brought it up, the staff replied that we chose the room. The room shown online was bright. The hotel was undergoing renovation and the place near reception was a little messy. We checked out after one night, due to these reasons and also because we needed to get past 2 dogs inside the reception. We asked if we could get a refund but we're refused any refund
