Pros:

The views were amazing, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was massive - which is hard to find in accommodation these days. The secluded seated areas around the property were amazing to sit back and relax in or to get great photos of the hot air balloons in the morning.

Picturesque hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Cave rooms, and great location. Authentic stay with some chimneys on site. Great private parking. Great and varied breakfast with view of the town. Amazing dogs that are super laid back. Nice spots to sit and relax. Huge rooms and massive bed.

Cons:

Fridge did not work, handles on wardrobe were very flimsey. One socket next to bed on nightstand did not work. Wifi did not reach back of the cave room. Some noise from a fan towards kitchen area goes off several times a night.

Pros:

The staff on duty, Mr Ali helped to change 2 of the dim lights to slightly brighter lights.

Cons:

We were not happy with the dim lighting. When we brought it up, the staff replied that we chose the room. The room shown online was bright. The hotel was undergoing renovation and the place near reception was a little messy. We checked out after one night, due to these reasons and also because we needed to get past 2 dogs inside the reception. We asked if we could get a refund but we're refused any refund

뷰 중요하게 생각하시는분들은 절대 가지마세요!
1. 스위트룸이라면서 반지하뷰에요!!
오르막길이어도 이쪽라인 호텔 선택하는 이유가 뷰때문일거라고 생각해요 근데 이 호텔은 반지하뷰에요 제가묵은방은 패밀리 스위트룸인데 완전 반지하여서 창문열면 사람들 발만보여요
그리고 방 주변에 안쓰는 매트리스랑 쿠션 죄다 가져다놔서 방에 들어갈때 기분 진짜 별로에요
다른 방들도 뷰 별로인게 앞에 리셉션으로쓰는 건물이 가로막고있어서 다른곳처럼 파노라마뷰 안나와요 앞에 가로막힌뷰에요

2. 불친절한 직원
처음에 저 반지하방 히터 안되고 욕실에서 물이 새고 뷰도 진짜 최악이라 방 바꿨는데 바뀐방에서는 샤워호스 고장남, 히터안됨
근데 구글 리뷰에 보면 이방에 묵었던 사람도 샤워호스 고장났었다고 리뷰 달았던데 수리를 그냥 안하는건지 낡아서 그런건지 아무튼
그래서 방바꿔달라그랬더니 방을 계속바꿔줄수는 없다고 그러네요
그냥 맘에 안들어서 바꾸는것도 아니고 처음부터 계속 히터 안되고 고장때문에 바꿔달라한건데.
한번 바꾸면 두번째방에서는 아무리 물 안나오고 히터 안되도 그냥 주무셔야합니다^^

이돈주고 절대 갈만한 호텔 아니에요
전날 밤에 도착해서 잠만자려고 예약한 이호텔 바로옆 8만원짜리 숙소가 뷰도 더 잘나오고 따뜻하고 넓고 조식도 푸짐했네요

Everything was perfect, the staff, room, location, amenities, view, breakfast, others. They followed up with any request/inquiry and full-filed our expectations way beyond. This family owned hotel was the top of the cherry in our first time in Capadoccia. Thank you!

Great location, very friendly family-run hotel, and private parking
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful family running the hotel. Free on-site parking was extremely handy, especially given how the surrounding roads seem quite steep and narrow. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Breakfast had a good variety of food. The morning view from the hotel was fantastic: you can step out of your room and see the balloons in the distance. The room was very spacious and clean. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Cons:

A small suggestion for improvement: the Wi-Fi signal was weak in the main bed area. Not a major issue, and even a nice break from distractions, but something that could be improved.

朝食が美味しく、雰囲気、ロケーションもとても良かったです。

Cons:

シャワーの水圧が弱く、水道の匂いも少ししたのが残念でした。
