Hotel na dobrym poziomie. Uprzejmi i pomocni recepcjoniści, kulturalny sposób sprzątania (nie ma szturmu wszystkich odkurzaczy i wózków z pościelą o 7.30, co zdarza się nierzadko w polskich hotelach), dobre wyposażenie pokoju.
Należy poprawić muzykę w barze- z nieciekawego dudniącego disco na coś, co pasowałoby do jakości tego hotelu.
