Very functional, but reasonable value, short stay in rooms attached to Greene King pub
Pros:

Rooms functional and clean without being especially comfortable.

Cons:

Location (by dual carriageway in Aberdeen's bare southern suburbs) isn't one for most visitors- but excellent if you're travelling to watch Cove Rangers FC!

really enjoyed the stay and the staff were super friendly.
Pros:

Location was good for us, but it is a little outside the centre. Once you get the hang of the buses, it is very accessible.

Cons:

All was good, maybe a bit more furniture in the room to put clothes etc. on.

Location was good.

Cons:

Rooms badly needing an upgrade.
Inside of door in bathroom was badly damaged by steam etc.
Part of the desk was broken.
Bathroom looked grubby but was actually clean.
The selection at breakfast was poor.

Great area and rooms are ok although I’ve stayed in 3 rooms now and all smell of damp also showing

Pros:

Staff was great: very polite and helpful all the time.
The location is strategic to bypass Aberdeen and sleep close by the highway that takes you to stonehaven and then dunnottar.
The food was amazing and with good prices!
Room were clean and tidy.

A JEWEL IN THE CROWN

The staff were amazing. They nade our stay the best. The chef there is a brilliant cook food was way beyond our expectation
