Nice comfy bed ...extremely clean .staff very friendly n helpful. Food is delicious big portions .
Friendly atmosphere
Theres only one bath towel and one hand towel .when theres 2 sharing a room n both want a shower you have to wait for the towel to dry before u can use it ..
No decaf coffee on the room
Staff, really made it excellent. Happy, smiling, polite, everyone must love their job.
The food, and beer, atmosphere excellent, all tied together by the staffs approach and attitude to customer service.

Double bed against a wall with the smallest toilet/ showeroom possible could almost do the toilet, brush your teeth and have a shower at the same time
The breakfast was first rate. The staff were very helpful. We were lucky enough to be staying on "Folk Tuesday" so had plenty of live entertainment in the evening. The shower was pretty good, and the bed was comfortable.
My room seemed to have no heating, and I couldn't work the TV. Neither of these things ere particularly important for a quick work stay, but I'd have been disappointed if I was staying for pleasure.
We loved our stay at the Wellington. My only issue was the staff member that charged me again when I had already paid . He had the wrong name for me and mistook me for someone else but got the problem resolved and I was eventually refunded . Facilities was lovely and so good for the price .
Excellent value for money. Fantastic, good quality food in restaurants. Basic, comfortable rooms. Option to have the room lovely and warm. Welcomed dogs. All staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help.

Fitting so light pollution affected me a bit. Warm enough. Breakfast was basic like room. Scrambled egg 1 toast with no butter on in. Very evident that egg was microwaved. No fluff etc. Staff pleasant and appeared helpful.
Had to move rooms because the heating wasn't working.
