Car park entrance very tight

On arrival (Tuesday), a notice informing OUR KITCHEN IS CLOSED. I was told they hoped to have this resolved by Wednesday (I was staying for three nights). The kitchen was closed for the entirety of my stay. I had booked breakfast, but having been told kitchen was closed had to make other arrangements.

There was a lot of noise in the evenings, and the dining area was being decorated with wet paint signs and a strong smell of paint.

On Thursday evening, I asked for an update on the kitchen and was told it wasn't fixed. I explained I was frustrated that I had booked breakfast and was patronisingly told "we can still do breakfast from the oven". This contradicted the information I got at check-in. There were no staff around the reception desk when my visit concluded.

Breakfast could have been better.

The kitchen was closed, this meant no evening meals were available. If I had know, I could have made alternative arrangements.
The rooms are really small.

Everything, room smelled like sewage, got moved room and it was damp, no hot food,

The rooms were quote small (on its own not major) but cruciall, the loos were dirty, with mould in the showers, unclean surfaces around the toilet seat, and a pervading smell of sewage. Good at a pinch, and for the price I'd not demand much more, but I'd expect higher cleanliness and a decent smell at any price point.

The room was really small, we had 1 coffee cup missing, a dirty water glass and a dusty kettle! The food wasn't great. The haggis bon bons hardly had any haggis in them, the whiskey sauce was more like gravy and the wait for the mediocre main (the steak was not good) was a long time. But the worse thing was.....waking up at 4.30am to the noise of loads of banging and clattering for about 30 mins coming from the bar / kitchen area (it certainly wasn't comign from another room / guest). The only explanation was a beer or kitchen delivery??? I would have asked on check out but there wasn't anyone available to speak to when we left. Not great when you've got a 9 hour drive ahead of you. Unfortunate to say we wouldn't stay here again. It was comfy and had everything we needed but sometimes cheap isn't always cheerful 😌

A fürdőszoba kerekesszékeseknek ideális, de nem nekünk.
Nagyon meglepődtünk, hogy a villanykapcsoló helyett huzalokat találtunk, amivel villanyt oltunk. Ebből a páraelszívóé nem is működött, így tiszta párás volt a fürdő.
Egy polc nem volt, amire a neszeszert le lehetne tenni. A higénáról nem is beszélve, a zuhany alja penészes volt, a WC koszos volt, mintha előttünk végezte volna a dolgát valaki.

Couldn't believe 2 members of staff opened door at 9am to clean room when I was still getting changed. Check out at 11am.
