Una notte ad Aberdeen
Pros:

Hotel appena al di fuori di Aberdeen.
Stanza abbastanza ampia e pulita, bagno spazioso.
Ampio parcheggio disponibile.
Abbiamo anche utilizzato il bar ed il ristorante a loro disposizione che si sono rivelati per nulla male!

Third room was good
Pros:

Staff was really accommodating.
They fixed our problems with the rooms immediately, and even upgraded us to a bigger room because of the issues

Cons:

The first room we were in had a leaking shower and a puddle next to the toilet

Second room we had, smelled like mold and it had a mold spot on the floor.

Pros:

Plenty parking spaces. Staff were friendly. Room was decent size and was warm. Tv in room. Room was clean. Food served until 9pm and good selection of food and drink.

Breakfast there were cereals tea coffee and fruit juice and they take your order for hot food.

Disappointing, problems happen but communication needs to be better.

Location great for my needs, plentiful parking. The room, while small, was adequate for a short stay.

Cons:

On arrival (Tuesday), a notice informing OUR KITCHEN IS CLOSED. I was told they hoped to have this resolved by Wednesday (I was staying for three nights). The kitchen was closed for the entirety of my stay. I had booked breakfast, but having been told kitchen was closed had to make other arrangements.

There was a lot of noise in the evenings, and the dining area was being decorated with wet paint signs and a strong smell of paint.

On Thursday evening, I asked for an update on the kitchen and was told it wasn't fixed. I explained I was frustrated that I had booked breakfast and was patronisingly told "we can still do breakfast from the oven". This contradicted the information I got at check-in. There were no staff around the reception desk when my visit concluded.

Pros:

A good bar area. Location was good for my personal requirements.

Cons:

The kitchen was closed, this meant no evening meals were available. If I had know, I could have made alternative arrangements.
