Pros:

Perfect for a little ski trip for a family of 5, the staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. The car park was great as it’s a very busy high street

Cons:

There wasn’t any drawers in the room and not enough places to put clothes or hang things. Would be handy to have a fridge in the room. The boot room don’t dry out boots

Would definitely recommend
Pros:

The location is amazing, 5 min walk to Les Houches ski slopes, 10 min with car to Chamonix. Breakfast was great, only no veggies in the morning. Room was wonderful, clean , warm and comfortable.

Troppo caro per il servizio ottenuto
Pros:

La posizione è strategica per visitare Chamonix e la zona è tranquilla.

Cons:

Ho scelto questo hotel perché vicino a Chamonix ma soprattutto perché tra i servizi elencati c’era la possibilità di avere colazione senza glutine (sono celiaca). Se siete celiaci non fidatevi assolutamente del buffet servito. La ragazza dello staff (che è stata comunque gentile), quando le ho esposto il mio problema, ha messo su un piatto del pane senza glutine e l’ha messo sul tavolo del buffet senza però evidenziare che fosse senza glutine (gli altri ospiti hanno preso il pane gluten free con la stessa pinza dell’altro pane). In ogni caso, non ho potuto scaldare il pane (era presente un solo tosta pane) e anche tutte le marmellate/creme non le ho potute assaggiare (le ciotole erano fatte con il cono del gelato). Pertanto, sarebbe meglio fornire delle mono porzioni in modo da evitare qualsiasi contaminazione! Inoltre, é vero che siamo stati una sola notte, ma la camera era veramente piccola! Credo che l’abbiano ricavata da una mansarda e non era assolutamente come nelle foto. Purtroppo sono stata molto delusa.

Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice, modern rooms, excellent value.

Cons:

The only complaint is the restaurant. There was limited choice as I am vegan. Two evenings I think dined there and there was no pasta with tomato sauce and the I couldn't have a pizza without cheese as they were already prepared! I chose a salad without cheese but I thought they could have added more pear and tomato instead of the cheese but they didn't. It was basically a bowl of rocket with 5 thin slices of pear and one sun dried tomato cut into a 4 pieces.

Great value and close to ski lift and après bar.
Pros:

Isabelle on reception was lovely and perfect representative for Ibis Styles, always a smile and ready to help. Booked restaurants for group when hotel restaurant was closed. Breakfast is excellent so much choice. Close to Bellevue lift short walk. Great location and we were lucky with good snow.
