The hotel had good options for breakfast, the room was very confortable and the location was in the center of Santiago very close to shops and very safe.

La amabilidad de los empleados de la recepción.
El personal muy amable, gimnasio cómodo y bien equipado, la piscina no es muy grande pero es muy agradable.
Se siente mucho el ruido de las otras habitaciones y del exterior, a pesar de estar en el noveno piso se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en la calle.

Check in muito demorado.
O café da manhã era bom, bem variado,tinha iogurtes, pães diversos.
A recepção era no 10º andar e nem todos elevadores iam para todos andares, sendo assim dificil de ir até o 11° para o café da manhã com o bebê no carrinho. O Hotel é velho construído para a Copa de 1962, foi reformado, mas tinha carpete por tudo.
Localização é excelente
Limpeza muito ruim,vinham limpar o quarto e acho que só trocavam as toalhas e estendiam os lençóis pq a sujeira ficava toda nos cantos. Alguns recepcionistas ignorantes e ficam cobrando o tempo todo como se fôssemos ladroes. Chegaram a bater na porta do meu quarto para eu ir até a recepção e fazer o pagamento. Sendo que normalmente faço o pagamento sempre no checkout.

Sin duda la ubicación y el desayuno lo mejor.
Tuvimos reserva de un departamento en el hotel Cómodo por el espacio y por lo que ofrecia(cocina,refrigerador,cubiertos etc) pero al correr un poco una mesa o un sofa (que estaba muy sucio) encontramos que la limpieza no era algo a destacar. Poco prolijo.
El desayuno muy completo y el personal nos atendio muy bien. La ubicacion es muy centrica por lo tanto un poco ruidosa, con manifestaciones, tambien algo insegura de tarde/noche ya que no hay mucha gente circulando.
La calefaccion de la habitacion, la ubicacion de la habitacion daba a la calle y era algo ruidosa
