BUENO. CON UN POCO DE FLEXIBILIDAD SERIA EXCELENTE.
Pros:

Lo mas positivo del hotel es la ubicación, a una cuadra del Palacio de la Moneda y de la Plaza de Armas. El restaurant es SOBRESALIENTE, comida de primer nivel, bien presentada y sin tener que esperar demasiado. A buen precio, con amplios horarios de tolerancia.
El desayuno es muy bueno, comida de calidad, abundante y ofrecida en un amplio horario.

Cons:

PESIMA la flexibilidad para el check out, he viajado por casi 20 países y es la PRIMERA VEZ que después de ROGAR que me dejaran estar SOLO 3 HORAS MAS accedieron a mi petición previo pago POR ADELANTADO DE 35 DOLARES, por lo cual el día viernes pude dejar mi habitación a las 15:00 horas en lugar de a las 12:00, cero buena predisposición y cobrar medio día de hotel (35 DOLARES) por 3 horas de mas es una exageración. Me ofrecían guardar el equipaje GRATIS pero eso no solucionaba nada, en un día de verano con temp de mas de 30 ªC uno no puede andar por ahí, sudar y después subirse a un avión. Además me cobraron toda mi estadía en el check in POR ADELANTADO.
Para peor el hotel estaba en refacción por lo cual NADA DE SIESTA, desde el mediodía hasta las 19:00 había que aguantar ruidos INTOLERABLES de perforadoras, moladoras y martillazos.

Los ruidos del los trabajos realizados en el frente del hotel, lamentablemente no pude descansar durante las noches debido a eso ruidos qué se extendieron hasta latas horas de la noche
