Cons:

They parked a car in a space next to the disabled parking area. According to the rules for disabled parking, no one should occupy this space, as it is necessary for a disabled person to exit the car. Our children are BMI disabled. The staff reacted strangely to our complaint. They said there was nothing wrong with it and that we could exit on the other side. They called the owner of that car, but they didn't answer. We initially filed a complaint, but the manager came out and started making a complaint to us that we were not satisfied. Our rights as people with disabilities were violated. I will sue this hotel! Extremely rude and unprofessional staff! Disgusting hotel. I do not recommend it.

Overall, needed a room for one night near Oracle Park and this did the trick. Not too expensive and in a great location
Pros:

I loved the private parking for guests and the cheap price of my stay. Plus for San Francisco, great deal in a decent part of town.

Cons:

The noise. The walls are thin and so you can hear the cars and motorcycles from the street as if they were in your hotel room. Took me some time to fall asleep because of the noise.

Pros:

Le personnel y est très accueillant et aimable. La chambre est propre et bien équipée et le petit déjeuner est correct. Parking petit mais gratuit. Le quartier est difficile mais nous y avons rencontrés aucun soucis en le traversant à pieds, il suffit de ne pas y prêter attention aux gens qui déambule dans la rue.

Pros:

Parking is complicated, the number of spots is insufficient on surface and inside the garage, which is difficult to accede, there is unutilized space in the corner, which is outside the hotel security area to park there.
The architect that creates that building waste space for nothing, the area for breakfast is very small.

Cons:

Price, room cleanness,
Location is good. It is near, one block apart of local bus transportation.
We didn't find good restaurants nearby.
Breakfast could be better.
