Not the best area
Pros:

The waffles for breakfast were good,

Cons:

The fentenyl capital of San Francisco, a sketchy area, the air conditioning was ordinary, the towel rail fell off the wall, but they never came to fix it, it would take 2 minutes to fix, they lost the key to the rooms safe so we could not use it,

La camera era un po sporca e maleodorante.
La porta della camera non ha guarnizione per cui luce e rumore entrano con facilità.

Very nice and would recommend.
Pros:

The actual location is very convenient to the main square and city hall. The free parking is rare and felt very safe. Breakfast was very good, much better than your typical continental breakfast. The staff were all super friendly and professional. There were hummingbirds enjoying the balcony flowers when I came out in the morning. The room was large and the pull out couch worked well for us. Overall, I would recommend as long as you’re a flexible person.

Cons:

The area does have many homeless. The hotel has clearly been renovated but some things are still very worn. The ceiling had water damage.
