Cons:

I had requested a birthday surprise room decoration, but unfortunately, they said they don’t offer that. Instead, they mentioned that they would arrange the towels in some way (I’m not sure exactly what they meant) and provide a birthday note. She also asked me for the birthday message, but nothing was provided in the end.

I was honestly quite disappointed, as I was hoping for a more thoughtful birthday surprise.

The best!
Pros:

Everything! Seriously—I have no words, this is the best hotel in Boracay. I've been to Boracay plenty of times, more than I can count, but this has been the best vacation because we stayed in this hotel! The staffs were so kind and accomodating, love them all! ❤️

Not person with special needs friendly
Pros:

The male housekeeping staff was very nice. The room where they placed me is on the top floor with a collection of plants and a view of the surrounding community and beach.

Cons:

First, the location is not ideal. There was a poorly maintained dirt/ stone, cement community walkway from the main road to the hotel inaccessible to motorized vehicle, even etrike.. I had to carry my 3 large suitcases here and I was very afraid wheeling them there will destroy the wheels of my luggage. I had to carry the heavy weight luggage. Upon checkout, front desk did say their people can help carry my luggage through the dirt road but it was not an ideal situation.
Second, had a bad experience regarding their complimentary breakfast. I requested to bring my teenage daughter's leftover breakfast to the hotel because she is a picky eater, has allergy and has medical condition that entails eating in small batches ( i let the server and manager know this information during that time of request). They refused to let me bring the plate up despite my promise of bringing back the .plate, spoon and fork up within the hour. Mind you, this is not a buffet breakfast. It is a cup of rice with 1 egg and a choice of corn beef, fried fish or Filipino meat tocino or pancake. They insisted they put it in a paper or plastic container. I said to reduce unnecessary plastic or paper container waste, I will bring back their plate they said no as it is a policy that they dont allow bringing breakfast or plate to the room. If this is a buffet breakfast, I would understand their reluctance of bringing food up for fear of feeding unregistered guests but this is a breakfast that includes just 3 things, a small cup of rice, 1 egg and a tiny slice of Filipino breakfast meat of tocino, beef tape or fish. I cannot understand the logic behind their refusal.

We loved it!
Pros:

We loved how close it was to the outdoor mall (D*Mall) 2 min walk, there was a budget mart (2min walk), and a 7 min walk to station 2 beach. It's a great stay because we got to not only experience the beach but have the option to 2 different pools for a more private/quiet relax. We are very grateful that although it is Hawagan season, we had little to no rain when we were out during the day.

Cons:

Make sure to wear slippers or anything that you're good with getting wet. When it rains the walkways tend to pool water so it is hard not to get your feet wet.
