No sleep so much noise

Cons:

Noise noise noise. No rest at all even moved to level 5 still heard everything from kids screaming in pool called stuff 12 times to tell them to obey the rules which is to be quiet but nothing ever happened. They blasted happy birthday 730am on speakers one morning then at 830 next morning what the hell. You cannot rest or sleep here. I couldn't wait to leave them staff on walky talkys from 7am on rewards so loud next to my room omg no sleep at all here. Never stay here if you want sleep.

You could hear everything from kids screaming in pool called staff 15 times to tell them to obey the rules which is to be quiet at pool area as it echoes through hall, but nothing ever happened. They blasted happy birthday 730am on speakers one morning then at 830 next morning, insane. You cannot rest or sleep here. I couldn't wait to leave, then you have staff on walky talkys from 7am onwards so loud next to my room, no sleep at all here. Never stay here if you want sleep. Agree with other review

Schön und direkt am Strand
Pros:

The staff was very nice.
It's very well located.

Cons:

The hotel is frequented by a lot of Asia guest. There extremely noise all night. They don't care about the house rules at all.
Make sure you get a room that is located away from the pool inside the hotel. The street is more quite at night.

Perfect location, lovely rooms, great breakfast.
Pros:

Great value, perfect location just a hundred metres or so from the beach. Right in the heart of town with all amenities nearby but still nice and quiet. Lovely clean rooms, very spacious and comfortable, great facilities. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

The only negative is that our "balcony" (which, of course, we paid extra for) was in a corridor - something I've never seen before. So, no view or even fresh air and, if you sat out on it, everyone walks by to get to their rooms - weird but didn't impact the enjoyment of our stay.

I will not stay at this hotel again
Pros:

Closeness to the beach, restaurant, maintenance and cleaning staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant menu and facilities good, the service offered to reach hotel from Airport and return excellent.

Cons:

I booked and paid for a Deluxe Queen Room for 10 days in May 2025, the room as shown in your website, but what was allocated was a room with very small balcony and looking into other units, no exposure to daylight/sunshine. The check in staff was extremely coy and unethical about this fraud. After much discussion I was moved into a room on the 2nd floor over looking the pool. In spite of many requests, I was not moved to a room on the 3rd or 4th levels away from the noise. The Office/check in Staff should pay more attention to what they offer on line. I consider they committed a fraud on my booking. 10 days is a long time to spend under stress about room allocation. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Nice stay in Boracay
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is great! Very close by the beach too, and the main road with access to many affordable food places. The potato corner by the entrance is a huge plus!

Cons:

The airconditioning units in the room are too noisy. The linens are very synthetic, so it was too warm to use (none breathing).
