Great location, very good hotel and really good value for money.

Tra i punti di forza segnalo sicuramente l'ottima posizione vicina alla spiaggia, la comodità del letto e una colazione abbastanza buona e varia. Ho apprezzato anche la palestra, ben attrezzata, e la grande disponibilità del personale, sempre gentile

Cons:

La disposizione delle piscine all'interno della struttura comporta purtroppo diversi disagi: la rumorosità è elevata già dal mattino per la presenza di molti bambini e le camere affacciate sull'area soffrono di seri problemi di umidità. Quest'ultima compromette anche l'odore e la percezione di pulizia della struttura, aggravata dal fatto che la piscina si trova a ridosso della zona colazione. l'impianto di condizionamento datato e rumoroso ha penalizzato la qualità del riposo. Nota dolente anche per l'orario della colazione: la chiusura alle 10:00 è decisamente troppo presto per chi tenta di rimorchiare cingaline al Tropicana o all'Epic.

Buena habitación pero con pésimo wifi y ruido en el aire scondicionado

La habitación estaba bien, era grande y el baño también estaba bien y buen tamaño

Cons:

El WIFI es horrible aunque tenía señal en el móvil era como si no tuviese internet, en la habitación tampoco llegaba la señal de internet de mi compañía teelfonica

El aire acondicionado hacia ruido, si te cuesta dormir con ruido tendrías que usar tapones

El hotel está en una calle peatonal muy oscura por la noche aunque no es culpa del hotel

L’emplacement est top, dans une rue parallèle à White beach et a la rue du mall.

Cons:

Le manque d’eau chaude. Le personnel qui fait peu d’efforts quand on a des difficultés avec la langue.

Muy buena estadía. Nos gustó el hotel. Y sobre todo el personal se lleva un 10! Super amables y serviciales!

A pasos de la playa, restaurantes y comercios. Limpio, prolijo. Habitación doble con balcón cómoda y amplia. Pileta. Desayuno.

A decent spot if it's cheap.
Pros:

The room is spacious, AC is decent, bathroom has good space and the shower is decent. They offer beach towels which is a positive thing. Breakfast was pretty good but they lack decent juice options. The gym is OK but very basic.

Cons:

The location of the hotel itself is weird: in a alleyway that sometimes smells like sewer and broken pavement. Staff, besides the shuttle team, is not as friendly as I expected or helpful and sometimes can't explain things properly. Kids making a lot of noise in the pool (screaming). The whole place is surprisingly dark for a tropical destination and they poorly use the sunlight to make the place look and feel alive. During checkin they game you sign a bunch of documents and the place is full of rules.
