It was a good base for a short stay. The manager was very helpful when we had a problem with the dryer.
Pros:

The location was wonderful and had nice views.

Cons:

There were a lot of stairs to reach apartment. Not easy with luggage or if you have mobility issues. The bedroom was very small and we had to put our luggage in the living area.

Pros:

Location, washing machine and breakfast facilities (especially coffee machine)

Cons:

Check in was not great. Did not get the access code until 15 min prior. Found this stressful. Expected to have it an hours or so before or at least get a message indicating that we were expected today and code would be sent closer to check in time. Have not experienced this on other bookings.
The bed was much too soft and the bed linen was average. No fitted sheet. We did not sleep well.

Would stay here again .
Pros:

Walking distance Battery Point , Salamanca , CBD . Great range of restaurants nearby . We had the 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious and comfortable . It was easy to communicate with the owners and their response was prompt. Towels were very soft and toiletries were a nice touch.
