Convenient location and great views.
Pros:

Great location, just a few minutes walk to Salamanca Place and the waterfront at Hobart. Very clean accommodation. Fantastic views.

Cons:

Not enough crockery. No railings for hanging wet towels in the bathroom. 2nd bedroom very small and no wardrobe, just a few hooks.

The bed was uncomfortable and there was mold in the shower. The coffee machine leaked all over the bench. The dryer was inefficient.

Excellent apartment- perfect after a hiking trip
Pros:

A spare room in apartment 2 gave us heaps of room to spread our gear out. Very handy having a washing machine

Cons:

the toilet / bathroom door was difficult to lock from the inside but no big deal.

Pros:

Location was awesome. Vivian as the host was amazing.

Cons:

Dishwasher wasn't cleaning effectively but that is overcome by washing by hand and would not stop us returning.
