Soft bed. Sock found on chair. Needs a good deep clean, stains on carpet and couch cushions. Dusty. Many stairs to get to apartment.

Super apartment with lovely view of harbour, close to historic center in hilly Hobart!
Pros:

Great location and amenities. Easy to access and good car parking.

Cons:

The tumble dryer was very noisy - we think there is maybe a drum bearing problem. Also, the dishwasher was noisy - best not to use either at night!

The location was absolutely perfect!
Parking was also good with a dedicated carpark at the front.

Cons:

This property was not very clean.
It was also quite run down which can be overlooked but the dirty aspect difficult to ignore.
I've never experienced this in any accomodation before. The potato masher in the drawer with potato still stuck on it.
The accomodation is for 4 people. One hook for a towel in the bathroom.
The downstairs toilet had a basin with no soap or towel. Not the end of the day but little thought gone into the basics.
Oh and info telling us to put take our rubbish outside to the bins on leaving or pay a penalty. I did but how rude. That's the cleaners job, the cleaners not doing much else tbh.

The unit was nice. Good unit.

Cons:

The terms weren't the same as the ones on booking.com. It was an expensive property $352 for a night then they expressed on their inside information that we were expected to do the majority of their cleanup or take extra charges. this information wasn't presented on booking.com and is probably atcually illegal. One of the beds had gritty sheets with probable sand in it. The receptionist was all but inaccessible and was rude to my mother in her one interaction with us. Cannot reccomend due to staffing, in particular bad customer service and changing terms.

Great location and good value for money but quite basic
Pros:

The apartment was in a great location and it was very handy having a washing machine.

Cons:

There was very little cooking equipment in the kitchen and the apartment wasn’t overly clean, feeling a bit dated. There were also a couple of times the carpark was full so we had to park on the street.

Pros:

An absolutely beautiful apartment in a great location in Hobart. I will stay again the next time I’m in town! 5-10 minute walk to Salamanca and it felt truly luxurious to stay in this apartment.

Good location if you are fit and agile.
Cons:

The bathroom shower area was mouldy from top to bottom. The outdoor area needed attention (leaves and trees overhanging). The lounge area at the back was filthy. Not suitable for disabled or elderly people as too many steps to drag your suitcases up into the apartments. Even the sloping area would not have been suitable for someone in a wheelchair.

Tolles Apartment, voll ausgestattet, moderne Einrichtung, kurzer Fußweg zur Innenstadt

Cons:

Parken ist mit den modernen Autos eine Katastrophe, viel zu eng, viel zu voll, man kann kaum aussteigen. Und außerdem gibt es 9 Wohnungen und nur 8 Parkplätze. Wer zu spät kommt, hat verloren. Ach ja, es gibt keinen Aufzug, man muss alles Gepäck über eine steile Außenzreppe hinauftragen.
