Perfect place to stay for a visit to Siem Reap
Pros:

A 3 night stay for our very 1st trip to Siem Reap and Cambodia.
The hotel is very well maintained (looks new or renovated recently).
Staff are all extremely nice.
Lisa was our main contact at reception. A big thank you to her for her kindness and help.
Would definitely recommend this hotel which is perfect for a short or even medium term stay in Siem Reap.

Pros:

צוות מקסים, איפשר לנו להישאר בחדר עד הטיסה לפנות ערב.
קפה הפוך סוף סוף בארוחת בוקר, סיכוי 15 דולר לאדם לספא .

Cons:

המיקום מחד קרוב לשוק הלילה אבל הרחוב נחמד לא יותר ( אין מדרכות רחבות כמו שיש ברחובות קרובים כמו המלון) , ללא מיזוג במעלית בלובי ובמסעדה ( הם בחלל פתוח ומקורה)

Le temple de la détente à Siem Reap
Pros:

Notre séjour au Golden Temple Retreat fut merveilleux. Le lieu est magnifique et nous fûmes
immédiatement accueillis par Ms. Sky qui s’est occupée de nous à la perfection avec son sourire communicatif. Toute l’équipe de la réception est d’une extrême politesse. À notre arrivée, des fleurs sur le lit et une chambre spacieuse et impeccable. La piscine, d’une longueur de plus de 25m, est particulièrement remarquable pour ses fauteuils incrustés dans l’eau. La décoration et le design général de l’hôtel sont épatants.. Concernant le petit déjeuner, celui-ci est varié avec également un service de préparation de soupes de noodles d’une fraîcheur absolue. Enfin, les masseuses du spa ont une grande expérience ce qui contribue à la détente générale. L’hôtel propose aussi des massages réalisés par des praticiennes qui ont perdu la vue et qui ainsi ressentent encore mieux les points de blocage du corps…
Un havre de paix dans Siem Reap. Nous rêvons déjà de revenir!

Intimt mysigt hotel på en lugn gata, med närhet till ”uteliv”. Mycket trevlig och service minded personal.

Cons:

Inget negativt, förutom att solen aldrig riktigt når in till poolen.

Pros:

Beautiful property with kind and extremely helpful staff. The dinner and show were amazing.

Cons:

Loud noise from floor above, though staff addressed it as best they could.
Take-away breakfast was missing items ordered.
Pool was too cold and had very few loungers, resulting in need for those staying on upper floors to sit on loungers on patios “belonging to” specific rooms on pool level

Excellent, good value hotel with very good staff.
Pros:

Good hotel with wonderful staff in good location. Spacious room with spacious bathroom. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Good swimming pool, long enough to swim laps (?30m), though doesn't get the sun on it. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff (including my wife), and we organised excellent massages in the spa and an excellent driver for tours to the temples and the lake through the reception desk.

Cons:

It's not really a complaint because it simply reflects the location in the centre of the city, but there isn't much space outside the room i.e. limited poolside space and no garden as such. However, the room had an excellent balcony which we used.
