The thermal suite can only be booked for 30 minute sessions.

Séjour agréable et calme entre la gare et le centre ville.
Pros:

L'hotel était exceptionnellement bien positionné pour mon séjour. Le personnel était très disponible et accueillant. La chambre était propre et le lit très confortable. La salle de bain était spacieuse. J'ai eu une chambre en contre-bas, du côté de la rue et elle était quand même calme, et fraiche (il n'y a pas de clim mais mon séjour était pendant un épisode de canicule et je n'ai pas subi la chaleur). Je n'ai pas du tout entendu les autres clients de l'hotel malgré l'espace important sous la porte. J'ai pu laisser mes bagages à l'hotel le dernier jour. Si je dois revenir, je serais heureuse de reprendre une chambre ici.

Cons:

C'est vraiment des petits détails, mais il n'y avait pas de frigo dans la chambre mais le personnel a accepté de me garder mes aliments pour le lendemain dans le frigo de l'hotel. Le wifi fonctionnait bien dans l'hotel mais je ne captais pas très bien dans ma chambre, notamment sur le bureau (je pense que c'était un peu trop loin).

Im Hotel Lensfield werden wir gerne wieder übernachten.
Pros:

Die Kühlung im Zimmer, der stufenlose Zugang zum Zimmer und die Ausrichtung des Zimmers auf den sehr ruhigen Innenhof ermöglichten einen optimalen Aufenthalt.

Das Angebot zum Frühstück war bescheiden. In Fußweg Distanz fanden wir andere Frühstückslokale..

Well-priced, convenient, pleasant stay.
Pros:

Hotel is well located, clean and pleasant to stay in. Very good value. Beds are comfortable and showers are good. Breakfast buffet was good and reasonably priced for £12.

Cons:

Rooms are quite small, but that is reflected in the price. I had the single room at the top of the hotel which had quite thin walls. I have stayed in other rooms in the hotel before which didn't have that problem. No cooked breakfast.

Pros:

Location is good, between the station and the city center. Room was clean. Staff very helpful. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Walls were VERY thin. When my neighbors entered their room, I kept thinking they were trying to open my room. At some point I could hear the person in the room upstairs from me snoring, and I could hear every step they took. This is probably not a good accommodation if you're a light sleeper.

Superb value for money in great location
Pros:

I had stayed at the Lensfield before, - so was aware of the excellent location, clean well equipped rooms and the fact that the hotel is superb value for money in pricey Cambridge!

Comfortable stay, friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly staff and the place was spotlessly clean. Very excited to discover they had air-con in the bedroom which given the temperature outside was wonderful! It is well located. Recommend!

Cons:

This is a very minor thing, but our room was over the kitchens and the fans are a bit noisy when they start up in the morning, but honestly, it made no difference to the enjoyment of our stay
