Pros:

The hotel is renovating its rooms. I'd stayed before and now my room was brighter and more modern with a comfortable bed. For £12 you can book a good continental breakfast.

Only there for a couple of nights. Close to the hop on bus and station.
Pros:

Compact and very clean. The shower was great and bed comfortable.

Cons:

The staircase to our room was awkward as I have a cane but managed carefully.

The location was great for everything.

Cons:

The stairs were tricky for my friend who has mobility issues. This prevented us going down to breakfast.

Pros:

Lovely terrace at front with pretty flowers, nice place to sit although on quite busy road.
Friendly staff. Good value. Room small but perfectly equipped and spotless
It was very hot weather so appreciated the fan and pleased to be at rear of property so it was quiet from outside

Cons:

Could hear occupants of other rooms more easily than I'd expect
