Clean, comfortable, decent breakfast
Walls were thin so I could hear others. Walking about the rooms
Location was great for us but we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel.
The windows in the bedroom were warped and unable to be opened. Need repair or replacement.
The staff were great and the location was terrific, both in terms of local restaurants and cafes less than 5 minutes away, and the sight seeing areas at 15 mins away
The noise from other guests carries. One couple in our party were below a room with a very vigorously amorous couple, and they could hear everything. Also, my phone reception in the rooms couldn't connect.
This is a house that has been converted into a hotel. It gives a pleasant feeling of actually living there. The staff is very friendly. A ten-minute walk is enough to get to the center. It's worth it.
The bathroom is quite small.

Location and staff
Shower very weak. Couldn’t park when I arrived so paid for parking elsewhere then space became available early evening which surprised me
It was very close to where I needed to be.
The soap was in The walk in shower. It needed some hand soap by the wash basin.
At the beginning of our stay, we were given a different room from the one I had originally booked. I had to be a bit persistent about it, but after a phone call with the manager, the issue was resolved quickly, and we were provided with the correct room we had reserved.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is small but very cosy, located close to the city centre while still being calm and quiet. There are also many restaurants and cafés nearby with plenty of choice.
The room itself was not very large, but the bathroom was extremely clean and recently renovated, which we really appreciated. The price-quality ratio is excellent, and I would definitely recommend this place. We did not take breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.
Great cental location
Narrow, steep stairs with hjeavy bag. They did offer assistance.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of station and centre of Cambridge. Very nice little hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Lovely modern bathroom.
Just to note: there’s no lift and we were on the second floor, not a problem for us as we were travelling light, but could be tricky if less mobile or lots of luggage.
