Pros:

отличное расположение: до метро минут 10 по тихому району, в пешем доступе есть магазины, ресторанчики и кофейни.
отличный персонал: просили завтрак к очень раннему выезду, наши пожелания учли и пошли навстречу. Отдельное огромное спасибо Амиру за помощь с поиском телефона (адреналин мы, конечно, получили с утра знатный. но к счастью все решилось благополучно).
разрешили на пол-дня оставить чемодан.
в номере была бутилированная вода, если не хватило, можно было попросить на ресепшене. на дворе стояла безумная жара, поэтому считаю, что это прям жирным плюсом.

Cons:

не то, чтобы не понравилось, было просто забавно. у меня окно номера выходило во внутренний двор и на лестницу, когда кто-то сидел во дворе, то было слышно. а окно ванной выходило в кирпичную стену.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location
Pros:

Anvar and his staff was extremely welcoming, flexible and responsive to our needs. They went above and beyond to help us with unrelated travel complications and were very friendly and patient with us

Pros:

방도 큼직하고 화장실에 하수구냄새도 나지 않아 좋았어요. 화장실 내에 파우더룸같은 공간이 있는것도 좋았고 냉장고도 거기에 있어서 잘 때 냉장고 소음이 들리지 않는 것도 좋았어요

Cons:

파우더룸 공간과 샤워/변기 공간 사이에 문이 있었다면 더 좋았을 것 같어요. 사우나 공간이 폐쇄 되어있던데 쓸 수 있었다면 더 좋았을 것 같아요

Pros:

・朝食の量が多くて美味しい
・部屋が綺麗
・スタッフが親切
(夜間に洗濯してくれる　最終日タクシーを見送って頂いた)
・地下鉄駅まで徒歩10分、スーパー、酒屋、安食堂も徒歩10分以内にあり、ティムール広場も30分程度歩いて行ける

Cons:

シャワーが1つ、トイレが2つ(うち1つはシャワーと一体)と少なくタイミングが合わないと待たされることになる

Il posto è molto carino, in posizione comoda, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del metro.
Personale accogliente, gentile e sempre disponibile.

Sehr gute, sichere und ruhige Lage (Sicherheitspersonal wegen omanischer Botschaft in der Nähe vorhanden Tag und Nacht).
Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend
Waschservice für 50k, die Wäsche war am gleichen Tag fertig.
Ich durfte schon vormittags einchecken und habe sogar noch ein Frühstück bekommen
Es wird jeden Tag gründlich geputzt: sowohl die Schlafzimmer als auch die öffentlichen Räume
Jeder hat seinen eigenen großen abschliessbaren Schrank
