Spacious family room, very helpful staff and good location.
Pros:

Very simple but spacious family room (room number 10) with a queen size bed and a single bed next to it and then another single bed in the living room/entrance. A huge comfortable sofa was also in the living room space. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The owner was extremely polite and helpful. He arranged for a driver/guide for us and told him what we wanted to visit and assisted in optimizing the sightseeing. On the day of our departure he anticipated breakfast and called a taxi for us making sure we were not overcharged.

Good for long stay
Pros:

Anvar and his family are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is homemade. Location is good, nearby to main attractions, metro. We had 2bd apartment, very spacious and clean, equipped with all necessary facilities. Probably will book again in the future

Pros:

Pros:

Объект размещения находится практически в центре — до Magic City всего около 10 минут пешком.
Метро тоже рядом, поэтому добраться можно куда угодно без проблем. Мы в целом много гуляли пешком — расположение реально удобное.

Отдельно хочу отметить отношение.
Хозяин Анвар — очень добродушный и приятный человек.
С ним максимально комфортно: всегда подскажет, куда сходить, как лучше доехать, что посмотреть.
Был момент, когда нам нужно было быстро съездить в магазин — он сам отвёз нас на своей машине и даже не взял за это деньги. Это прям очень приятно и неожиданно.

Мы отдыхали компанией из 7 человек, и честно — довольны все без исключения.
И Анвар, и персонал — очень доброжелательные, отзывчивые, ощущение, что тебе реально рады, а не просто «обслуживают».
